 QANOON E SHARIYATH 

 TAYMMUM KA BAYAAN

Jiska wazu na ho ya nahane ki zarurat ho aur pani per qudrat na ho to wazu aur ghusul ki jaga taymmum karey paani per qudrat na hone ki chand surtey hain.

 Pehli surat ye hai k aesi bimari ho k wazu ya ghusul se iskey badhne ya der me acha hone ka sahih andesha ho chahe isne khud azmaya ho k jab wazu ya ghusul karta hai to bimari badhti hai ya kisi musalman parhezgaar qabil hakeem ne keh diya ho k pani nuqsaan karega to taymmum jayaz hai.

 MASLA:
 Mehez khayaal hi khayaal bimari badhne ka ho to taymmum jayaz nahi yu hain kafir ya fasiq ya mamuli tabeeb k kehne ka aetbaar nahi.

 MASLA:
 Bimari me agar thanda paani nuqsaan karta hai aur garam pani nuqsan na karey to garam pani se wazu aur ghusul zaruri hai, taymmum jayaz nahi, haan agar aesi jaga ho k garam pani na mil sakey to taymmum karey.

 Yu nahi agar thande waqt wazu ya ghusul nuqsan karta hai aur garam waqt me nuqsan nahi karta to thande waqt taymmum karey phir jab garam aaye to aayinda k liye wazu karlena chahiye jo namaz is taymmum se padhle iskey a'ada ki hajat nahi.

 MASLA:
 Agar sar per paani daalna nuqsaan karta hai to galey se nahaye aur purey sar ka masah karey.

 MASLA:
 Agar kisi khaas azu me paani nuqsaan karta hau aur baaqi me nahi to jisme nuqsaan karta hai usper masah karey aur baaqi ko dhoye.

 MASLA:
 Agar kisi azu per masah bhi nuqsaan karta ho to is me azu per kapda daal kar isper masah karey.

 MASLA:
 Zakhm k kinarey kinarey jahaan tak paani nuqsaan na karey patti waghaera khol kar dhona farz hai haan agar patti kholne me nuqsaad ho to patti per masah karey.

Dusri surat ye hai k waha charo taraf ek ek meel tak paani ka pata nahi to TAYMMUM jayaz hai.

MASLA:
 Agar ye gumaan ho k ek mile k andar paani hoga to talash karlena zaruri hai, baghaer talash k taymmum jayaz nahi. Baghaer talash kiya taymmum karkey namaz padhli aur talash karne per paani milgaya to wazu karkey namaz ka a'ada laazim hai aur agar na mila to hogayi.

MASLA:
Namaz padhte me kisi k paas paani dekha tu gumaan ghalib hai k maangne se de dega to namaz todkey paani maangey.

Teesri surat ye k itni sardi ho k nahane se marjaney ya bimari hone ka qawi andesha ho aur nahane k baad sardi k nuqsaan se bachne ka koi saamaan bhi na ho to taymmum jayaz hai.

Chaothi surat ye k dushman ka khaof ho k agar dekhlega to maar dalega ya maal cheenlega ya is ghareeb naadaar ka kharz khwaah hai k isey qaed karadega ya is taraf saamp hai wo kaatlega ya sher hai k phaad khayega ya koi badkaar shaks hai jo be aabruyi karega to taymmum jaya hai.

Paanchvi surat ye k jungle me dol rassi nahi k paani bharey to taymmum jayaz hai.

Chatti surat ye k pyaasa ka khaof ho yaani paani to hai lekin agar is pani ko wazu ya ghusul mein kharch kardega to ye khud ya dusra musalman ya iska ya dusrey musalman ka jaanwar (chahe jaanwar aesa kutta hi kyu na ho jiska paalna jayaz hai_ pyaasa rehjayega aur ye pyaas khwaah bhi maojood ho ya aagey chal kar hogi k raah aesi hai k dur tak paani ka pata nahi to taymmum jayaz hai.

MASLA:
Pani maojood hai magar aata gondhne ki zarurat hai jab bhi taymmum jayaz hai shorbey ki zarurat k liye taymmum jayaz nahi.

MASLA:
Badan ya kapde per itni najasat hai k jitni najasat k hotey huye namaz jayaz nahi aur pani sirf itna hai k chahe wazu karey ya najasat dur karey to paani se najasat dhoye aur phir dhone k baad taymmum karey, paak karne se pehle taymmum na hoga, agar pehle karliya hai to phir karey.

Saatvi surat ye k paani mehenga ho yaani waha jis bhao bikta hai issey dugna daam maangta hai to taymmum jayaz hai aur agar daam e itna faraq na ho yaani do aaney se kam me miley to taymmum jayaz nahi.

MASLA:
Paani mol milta hai aur iskey paas haajat zaruriyat se zyada daam nahi to bhi taymmum jayaz hai.

Aathwi (8vi) surat ye k pani talash karne me khafila nazar se gharab hojayega ya train chu’t jayegi to taymmum jayaz hai.

Nawwi (9vi) surat ye gumaan k wazu ya ghusul karne me eidayen ki namaz jati rahegi to taymmum jayaz hai khwaah yu k imam padh k farigh hojayega ya zawaal ka waqt ajayega dono surto me taymmum jayaz hai.

MASLA:
Agar ye samjhe k wazu karne me zohar ya maghrib ya isha ya jumua ki pichli sunnato ka ya chaasht ki namaz ka waqt jata rahega to taymmum karkey padhle.

Dusvi (10vi) surat ye k aadmi mayyat ka wali na ho aur dar ho k wazu karne me namaz e janaza na milegi to taymmum jayaz hai.

MASLA:
Masjid me sogaya aur nahane ki zarurat hogayi to aankh khulte hi jahan tha wahi faoran taymmum karkey nikal aaye der karna haraam hai.

MASLA:
QURAN MAJEED chooney k liye ya sajda e tilawatt ya sajda e shuk k liye taymmum jayaz nahi jab k pani per qudrat ho.

MASLA:
Waqt itna hogaya k wazu ya ghusul karey to namaz qaza hojayegi to chahiye k taymmum karkey namaz padhle aur phir wazu ya ghusul karkey a’ada karna laazim hai.

MASLA:
Aurat ha’ez ya nafaas se paak huyi aur pani per qadir nahi to taymmum karey.

MASLA:
Itna paani mila jisse wazu ho sakta hai, aur nahane ki zarurat hai to is pani se wazu karlena chahiye aur ghusul k liye taymmum karley.

TAYMMUM KA TARIQA

Taymmum ki niyyat se بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم padhkar kisi aesi paak cheez per jo zameen ki qism se ho dono hath maar kar ulat ley agar zyada gard laggayi ho to hath jhaadey aur issey saarey mu ka masah karey phir dusri martaba yu hi hath maarey aur nakhun se lekar kohniyo samet dono hatho ka masah karey taymmum hogaya.

Taymmum me sar aur paer par masah nahi kiya jata taymmum me sirf 3 baatey farz hain baqi sunnat.

TAYMMUM ME 3 BAATEY FARZ HAIN

Pehla farz niyyat yaani ghusul ya wazu ya dono ki paaki haasil karne ka irada, agar taymmum ki niyyat haath maarne k baad ki to taymmum na hoga, dil me taymmum ka irada farz hai aur sath hi zubaan se bhi kehlena behtar hai maslan yu kahey k taymmum karta hu be ghusuli ya be wazu ki napaki dur hone aur namaz jayaz hone k liye aur BISMILLAH shareef padhkar haath maarey.

Dusra farz ye hai k saarey mu per hath pherna k baal barabar koi jaga baaqi na reh jaye nahi to taymmum na hoga.

Teesra farz dono hath ka kohniyo tak kohniyo samet masah karna agar zarra barabar bhi koi jaga choo’t gayi to taymmum na hoga,

MASLA:
Daadhi, mooch aur bhawo k baalo per hath pherna zaruri hai.

MASLA:
Mu ki yaha bhi wahi had hai jo wazu me hai lekin mu k andar taymmum nahi kiya jata, albatta dono honth per jitna mu band karne k baad khula rehta hai masah zaruri hai.

MASLA:
Haath jhaadne me taali na baje balkey iski Surat ye hai k angothe se angotha takraye zayed gird jhad jayegi.

MASLA:
Agar ungliyo me garden pahochi ho to khilaal karna farz hai nahi to sunnat aur isi tarah daadhi me bhi.

MASLA:
Agar ek hi taymmum me wazu aur ghusul dono ki niyyat karli jab bhi kaafi hai dono ka hojayega.

MASLA:
Ghusul aur wazu dono ka taymmum ek hi tarah hota hai.

KIS CHEEZ SE TAYMMUM JAYAZ HAI AUR KISSE NAHI

Taymmum isi cheez se ho sakta hai jo jins zameen se ho aur jo cheez zameen ki jins se nahi issey taymmum nahi ho sakta.

MASAYEL:

Jo cheez aaag se jalkar na raakh hoti hai na pighalti hai na naram hoti hai wo zameen ki jins se hai issey taymmum jayaz hai lehaza mitti gird, reth, baalu, choona, surma, gandhak, pathar, feroza, aqeeq, zamrud waghaera jawahar se taymmum jayaz hai, agarche inper ghubaar na ho.

Jis mitti se taymmum kiya jaye iska paak hona zaruri hai yaani na isper kisi najasat ka asar ho na ye ho k mehez khashk hone se asar najasat jata raha ho.

Jis cheez per najasat giri aur sookh gayi issey taymmum nahi hoga agarche najasat ka asar baaqi na ho albatta namaz isper padh sakte hain.

Ye wehem k kabhi najas huyi hogi fuzool hai iska aetebaar nahi.

Raakh se taymmum jayaz nahi.

Bheegi mitti se taymmum jayaz hai jabk mitti se taymmum jayaz hai jab k mitti ghalib ho.

Agar kisi lakdi ya kapde waghaera per itni gird hai k hath maarne se ungliyo ka nishaan banjaye to isse taymmum jayaz hai.

Gach ki deewar per taymmum jayaz hai.

Pakki eent se taymmum jayaz hai.

Zameen ya pathar jal kar siyaah hojaye issey taymmum jayaz hai yunhi agar pather jal kar raakh hojaye isse bhi jayaz hai.

PART : 01

 Hijrat k dusrey saal "GHAZWA E BADR" ka waqeya pesh aaya, is GHAZWA ko "GHAZWA E BADR KUBRA" aur "GHAZWA E BADR UZMA" bhi kehte hain, BADR ek basti ka naam hai jo badr bin mukhlid bin nazr bin kunana se mansoob o mash'hoor hai isney us jaga padao kiya tha, ya ye basti badr bin haaris se mansoob hai jisne yahan kuwaan khoda tha.

 Aur baaz kehte hain k waha ek budha shaks muddato se rehta tha jiska naam badr tha, is bina per is basti ko isi k naam se mansoob kardiya, ya iska naam is bina per hai k iska dayera was'iy tha aur iska paani itna saaf o shafaaf tha k isme badr kamil nazar aata tha.

 HUZOOR E AKRAM ﷺ k tamaam ghazwaat me ye bahot azaam ghazwa tha kyu k iskey zariye deen ki izzat o shaokat raoshan huyi aur islam ka namoos tabaa hua, is din ko "YAOM UL FURQAN" se tabeer kiya gaya hai kyu k issey haq o batil k darmiyaan farq o imtiyaaz raonma hua tha.

 Farmaya, "يوم النقى الجمعان" matlab ye k musalman aur kafir is din jama huye aur is din HAQ TA'ALA ne ISLAM AUR MUSALMANO ko ghalib farmaya aur kufr ki bunyado ko shikast o payemaal karkey zaleel o khwaar banaya.

 Halankey musalmano ki tedaad kam aur dushmanan e islam ki tedaad zyada thi aur kaffaar jung k purey saaz o samaan se lase hokar itraatey aur takabbur karte aaye the, magar HAQ TA'ALA ne apne RASOOL ﷺ ko izzat di aur apne deen ko mazboot o qawi farmaya aur iskey jaah o jalaal k chehre ko munawar o roshan banaya.

 Aur shayateen ko zaleel o khwaar karkey inko siyaah kiya, aur apne imaan waley bando per iska ehsaan zahir karte huye farmaye, yaqeenan ALLAH ne BADR me tumhari madad farmayi k tum be sar o samaan the taakey jaan le k madad khuda hi ki taraf se hai na kasrat o qillat ki bina per.

Is GHAZWA k liye HUZOOR E AKRAM ﷺ hijrat k 19ve mahine me 12 RAMADAN ul mubarak ko rawana huye the, baaz ne 8 RAMADAN kaha hai aur qattal 17 RAMADAN MUBARAK ROZA JUMUA waqey hua baaz ne kaha k shumba tha HUZOOR ﷺ ne hazrat abu lababa رضي الله عنه ansari ko madina tayyaba me khalifa banaya tha.

Safar, hamal aur bache ko doodh pilana aur bimari, budhapa aur halaak hona ka dar aur nuqsaan aqal, jihad ye sab roza na rakhne k liye azar hain in baato ki waja se agar koi roza na rakhega to gunahgaar nahi lekin baad me jab azar jata raha to in chodey huye rozo ka rakhna farz hai.

MASLA:
Safar se muraad sharayi safar hai yaani itni dur jaane k irade se nikley k yaha se waha tak 3 din ki raah ho agarche wo safar kisi najayaz kaam k liye ho.

Din me safar kiya to is din ka roza iftaar karne k liye aaj ka safar azar nahi albatta agar todey to kaffara laazim na aayega magar gunahgaar hoga aur agar safar se pehle tod diya phir safar kiya to kaffara bhi laazim hua.

Aur agar din me safar kiya aur makaan me koi cheez bhool gaya tha isey lene wapas aaya aur makaan per aakar roza toda daala to kaffara wajid hai.

Aaj kal k aksar itteba yaani tabeeb agarche kafir nahi to fasiq zaroor hain aur na sahi to haziq o mahir tabeeb nayaab se ho rahe hain aeso ka kehna kuch qabil e aetbaar nahi inkey kehne per roza na rakhna ya tod dena jayaz nahi.

In tabeebo ko dekha jata hai k zara zara si bimaari me roza ko mana kardete hain itni bhi tameez nahi rakhte k kis marz me roza mazar hai kis me nahi.

Agar aesa budha garmiyo me garmiyo ki waja se roza nahi rakh sakta magar jaadon me rakh sakta hai to ab iftar karley aur inkey badle k jaado me rakhna farz hai.

Agar fidya dene k baad itni taaqat aagayi k roza rakh sakey to in rozo ki khaza rakhna wajib hai fidya sadqa nafil hogaya.

Kisi k badley koi dusra na roza rakh sakta hai na namaz padh sakta hai albatta apne rozey namaz wahaera ka sawaab dusrey ko pahocha sakta hai.

Nafili roze qasdan shuru karne se laazim hojata hai agar todega to khaza wajib hogi ya kisi waja se toot jayega jaese haez agyaa to bhi khaza wajib hai.

Eidayen ya ayyaam tashreeq me nafil roza rakha to is roze ka pura karna wajib nahi balkey is roze ka tod dena wajib hai aur iskey todne se khaza wajib nahi aur agar in dino me roze ki mannat maani to mannat puri karni wajib hai lekin in dino me nahi balkey aur dino me.

There is an Angel named Rooh, who has seventy thousand heads, Each head has seventy thousand faces, and face contains seventy thousand mouths. Each mouth is made up of seventy thousand tongues and each tongue is blessed with seventy thousand languages. (Imam Badruddin Mahmood Ai’nee RadiyAllah Anhu in his book Umdatul Qaari Sharah Sahi-ul-Bukhari)
“By means of these languages, this Angel is constantly reciting the Tasbeeh of Almighty Allah From each Tasbeeh, one Angel is being Created. This angel soars into the Heavens with the rest of the three Angels until the Day of Judgment”. (i.e. the number of different languages in which the Angels Glorify Almighty Allah will be 1 680 700 000 000 000 000 000 000) All Praise is due to Almighty Allah Who is Infinite and so are His Attributes and Glory!

Wahabis/Salafis can do Qurban, Aqeeqa on behalf of them, family members and of their children by mentioning Allah's name but they say it is Haram to do on behalf of Pious Servants and accusing Sunni Muslims saying that Sunnis sacrifice in the names of Pious, whereas Sunni Muslims do sacrifice on their behalf by mentioning Allah's name

They also say there is no evidence for it, so to Answer to the confusion created by the Wahhabis/Salafis on Sacrificing animals on behalf of Pious

Reported Syyida A'isha (Allah be well pleased with her) : Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded that a ram with black legs, black belly and black (circles) round the eyes should be brought to him, so that he should sacrifice it. He said to ‘A’isha: Give me the large knife, and then said: Sharpen it on a stone. She did that. He then took it (the knife) and then the ram; he placed it on the ground and then sacrificed it, saying: Bismillah, Allah-humma Taqabbal min Muhammadin wa Al-i- Muhammadin, wa min Ummati Muhammadin (In the name of Allah,” O Allah, accept on behalf of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad and the Umma of Muhammad”).

The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) slaughtered 100 sheep during his farewell Hajj and made intention for himself and all those (alive, deceased and to come) who bring faith on his Holy Prophethood. (Nasbur Raaya, Allama Zailee)

The evidence here is that the Holy Prophet sacrificed animals and donated its reward to his entire Ummah – which includes both the living and the dead – i.e. all those who existed in his time and to all those who were to come after him, until the last day.

Hazrat Hanash (Allah be well pleased with him) said: I saw Ali (Allah be well pleased with him) sacrificing two rams; so I asked him: What is this? He replied. The Apostle of Allah enjoined upon me to sacrifice on his behalf, so that is what I am doing. (Abu Daud)Whilst most Muslims do offer sacrifice for themselves, their relatives (alive and deceased) etc., they should also remember the above Hadeeth, and offer a sacrifice on behalf of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

May Allah grant us Tawfeeq to understand the ignorance and arrogance of Wahabis/Salafis - Aameen.

اَصـَّلَاةُ وَاسَّـلَام ُعَلَيـكَ يَـا رَسـُولَ الـلَّـه صـَلَّ الـلـَّهُ تَعـَالَى عـَلَيـهِ وَآَلـِهِ وَسَـلـَّمَ

MAAL-E-ZAKAAT KIN LOGON PAR SARF (KHARCH) KIYA JAAYE

MASLA-21

Apni Asal yaani MAA, BAAP, DAADA, DAADI, NAANA, NAANI Wagairah jin ki Aulad mein yeh hai. Aur Apni Aulad BETA, BETI, POTA, POTI, NAWAASA, NAWAASI Wagairah ko ZAKAAT nahi de sakta. Yun hi SADQA-E-FITR WA NAZAR WA KUFFAARA bhi inhen nahi de sakta. SADQA-E-NAFL de sakta hai Balke Behtar hai.

MASLA-23

Bahu aur Daamaad aur Sauteli Maa ya Sautele Baap ya Zauja (Biwi) ki Aulad ya Shauhar ki Aulaad ko de sakta hai. Aur Rishtedaaron mein jis ka NAFQA (KHARCH) Us ke Zimme Waajib hai, Use ZAKAAT de sakta hai, jab ke NAFQE (KHARCH) mein MEHSOOB Na kare.

MASLA-49

ZAKAAT Wagairah Sadqaat mein Afzal yeh hai ke Awwalan (Pehle) Apne Bhaiyon Baheno ko de. Phir Un ki Aulaad ko, phir Chacha aur Phupiyon ko, phir Un ki Aulaad ko, phir Maamu aur Khaala ko phir Un ki Aulaad ko, phir Rishtedaaron ko, phir Padosiyon ko, phir Apne Peshe Waalon ko, phir apne Shaher (City) ya Gaaon (Village) ke rehne waalon ko.

MASLA-52

Bad maz'hab ko ZAKAAT dena jaayez nahi. Jab bad maz'hab ka yeh hukm hai to wahaabiya-e-zamaana ke Tauheen-e-KHUDA wa Tanqees-e-SHAAN Karte hain aur Shaaye (Publish) karte hain. Seeking Help

The Quran classifies 'seeking help' into three categories. It explains the nature of help (Madadd) that the Believers would receive; that which the misguided would receive and lastly it explains the nature of help to the unbelievers. 

Allah Ta'aala says in the Quran, "Truly your Helper is Allah and the Messenger and those of the Believers who uphold the prayer (Salaah) and they give charity and they bow down. And he who turns for help to Allah and the Messenger and the Believers, then certainly the elite party of Allah they are the triumphant ones." -alQuran 5:55,56-
In this verse, Allah Ta'aala says that He is (الولي). Imam alBayhaqi radi Allahu anhu says that this Name of Allah Ta'aala means The Helper. -I'tiqaad ala Mazhabas Salaf Ahl Sunnah wa Jama'aat-
In giving Tafseer of this verse, Qaadhi Iyaadh radi Allahu anhu narrates that RasoolAllah sallAllahu alayhi wasallam said, 'I am the Helper of every Believer.' -ash-Shifa of Qaadhi Iyaadh, Imam Suyuti in his Asma un Nabi sallAllahu alayhi wasallam-
The great Mufassir Imam ibn Jareer at-Tabari radi Allahu anhu quotes Hadrath Abu Ja'far radi Allahu anhu who says that this verses means: 'There is no helper for you, Oh Believers, except Allah and His Rasool and those Believers whom are described by Allah Ta'aala as He has mentioned. The Tafseer then goes on to say that the Believers who are being described here, are actually the Awliya Allah.-Tafseer ibn Jareer Tabari-

The verse, 'And he who turns for help to Allah and the Messenger and the Believers, then certainly the elite party of Allah they are the triumphant ones' teaches some very interesting lessons. This verse is encouraging the Believers to seek help from Allah Ta’aala and from RasoolAllah sallAllahu alayhi wasallam as well as from the Awliya radi Allahu anhum. The verse does not say that we should seek EITHER Allah Ta’aala’s help OR that of RasoolAllah sallAllahu alayhi wasallam. Instead the verses encourages that we should seek Help from each one.

This privelege, the Quran explains is for the true Believers only. But what about rest of the world. Does the rest of the world have the blessing of receiving assistance in this manner? The Quran explains that regarding receiving help, there are two more categories.

The first category are those that were part of Deen al Islam, but have deviated in some way or the other. Either they have been oblivious to the Deen, or they have brought worldly delights like merry making into the Deen or they have even ventured into Shirk, eg the Ahl Kitaab who were on the true Deen but have turned to Shirk by their idea of trinity.

The Quran says to RasoolAllah sallAllahu alayhi wasallam about these people,
"Renounce caring for those who made their Deen a game and an amusement and the life of the world seduces them into misguidance and make mention (to them) through the Quran that a soul is destroyed through what it brings upon itself, to it (this type of soul) there is no Helper and no Intercessor except Allah ..."  
alQuran 6:70-

The Quran clarifies that this type of misguided people can only receive help from Allah Ta’aala. Many times the Quran speaks about these people saying that they should only seek help from Allah Ta’aala. Unlike the believers mentioned in verse 55 of Surah Maaida, these people can not appeal for help from RasoolAllah sallAllahu alayhi wasallam nor from the pious.

At the begining of the verse, Allah Ta’aala asks that RasoolAllah sallAllahu alayhi wasallam stop caring for these people. Then later in the verse, Allah Ta’aala asks that RasoolAllah sallAllahu alayhi wasallam nonetheless makes Dawah to them by reciting the Quran to them. Whilst this verse teaches us that these people have lost out on the care and special concern of RasoolAllah sallAllahu Alayhi wasallam, the previously mentioned verse (5:55) confirms that this care and concern continues for the Believers in the form of the Help of RasoolAllah sallAllahu alayhi wasallam. The Quran also explains to us the last category, those whose hearts have become sealed in Kufr. These people have passed the limits and have no chance of guidance. Allah  Ta'aala says,
"and regarding the unbelievers there is no helper for them."  
alQuran 47:11-

This verse very clearly explains that the unbelievers have no helper.

Thus, the Quran has differentiated receiving help into three categories. The first are the Believers, they have the blessing of receiving help from Allah Ta’aala, from RasoolAllah sallAllahu alayhi wasallam and from the pious. The second category are those who were on Deen but have deviated. These persons are restricted to only asking Allah Ta’aala for help.The third category are those unbelievers whose hearts are sealed in Kufr. They will have no helper whatsoever.

May Allah Ta'aala keep us in the first category of the Believers, who receive help from Allah Ta'aala, as well as RasoolAllah sallAllahu alayhi wasallam and the Awliya. Ameen.

 Aur jo kuch tum kharch karoge ALLAH TA'ALA iski jaga aur dega aur wo behtar rozi dene wala hai.

 TARJUMA:
 Jo log ALLAH TA'LA ki raah me kharch karte hain unki kahawat is daane ki hai jisse 7 baley nikley har baal se sau daane aur ALLAH TA'ALA jisey chahta hai zyada deta hai aur ALLAH TA'ALA wasa'at wala aur badey ilm wala hai, jo log ALLAH TA'ALA ki raah me apne maal kharch karte hain phir kharch karne k baad na ehsaan jatate hain na aziyat dete hain un k liye inka sawaab inke rab k huzoor hai aur na inper kuch khaof hai aur na wo ghamgeen honge, achi baat aur maghfirat is sadqe se behtar hai jiskey baad aziyat dena ho aur ALLAH TA'ALA be parwah hai Halam wala hai.

 Zakaar azam farz e deen o ehem arkaan se hai, lehaza quran azam me 32 jaga namaz k sath iska zikr farmaya, aur tarah tarah se bando ko is ehem farz ki taraf bulaya.

 TARJUMA:
 Mitata hai ALLAH TA'ALA sood ko aur badhata hai khaeraat ko.
 (SURAH AL BAQARA, AYAT 276)

 Baaz darakhto me kuch ajzaye fasida is qism k paeda hojate hain k ped ki uthaan ko rok dete hain, ehmaq nadaan isey na tarashega k mere ped se itna kam hojayega, per aaqil hoshmand to jaanta hai k inkey chaatne se ye no nihaal lehlaha kar darakht bandega warna yu hi murjhakar reh jayega, yahi hisaab ZAKAAT k maal ka hai.
