FAZAEL E ZAKAAT O MASAEL

QURAN E KAREEM ME ALLAH TA'ALA IRSHAD FARMATA HAI

TARJUMA:
Aur falah paate jo zakaat ada karte hain.
(PARA 18)

TARJUMA:
Aur jo kuch tum kharch karoge ALLAH TA'ALA iski jaga aur dega aur wo behtar rozi dene wala hai.
(PARA 22, AYAT 39)

Ek aur jaga farmaan e khuda wandi hai

TARJUMA:
Jo log ALLAH TA'LA ki raah me kharch karte hain unki kahawat is daane ki hai jisse 7 baley nikley har baal se sau daane aur ALLAH TA'ALA jisey chahta hai zyada deta hai aur ALLAH TA'ALA wasa'at wala aur badey ilm wala hai, jo log ALLAH TA'ALA ki raah me apne maal kharch karte hain phir kharch karne k baad na ehsaan jatate hain na aziyat dete hain un k liye inka sawaab inke rab k huzoor hai aur na inper kuch khaof hai aur na wo ghamgeen honge, achi baat aur maghfirat is sadqe se behtar hai jiskey baad aziyat dena ho aur ALLAH TA'ALA be parwah hai Halam wala hai.

ZAKAAT NA DENE PER WAYEEDEY

Zakaar azam farz e deen o ehem arkaan se hai, lehaza quran azam me 32 jaga namaz k sath iska zikr farmaya, aur tarah tarah se bando ko is ehem farz ki taraf bulaya.

Mitata hai ALLAH TA'ALA sood ko aur badhata hai khaeraat ko.

MASAYEL FIQIYAH

ZAKAAT shariyat me ALLAH TA'ALA k liye maal k ek hisse ka jo shara'a ne muqarrar kiya hai musalman faqeer ko malik qaraar dena hai aur wo faqeer na hashmi ho na hashmi ka azaad karda ghulaam.

MUSALMAN HONA

AAQIL HONA

AZAAD HONA
Ghulam per zakaat wajib nahi.

MALIK E NISAAB HONA
Nisaab se kam me zakaat wajib nahi yaani jitne maal per shariyat ne zakaat muqarrar ki hai isse kam maal ka malik hai to zakaat wajib nahi.

PUREY TAOR PER MALIK HONA
Purey taor per malik ho yaani isper qabza bhi ho tab ZAKAAT wajib hai warna nahi.

MASLA:
Jo maal gum hogaya ya dariya me girgaya ya kisi ne ghazab karliya aur iske paas ghazab k gawah nahi ya jungle me dafan kardiya tha aur ye yaad nahi raha k kaha dafan kiya tha ya anjaan k paas amanat rakhi thi aur ye yaad na raha k wo kaon hai ya madyoon ne deen se inkaar kardiya aur iskey paas gawah nahi, phir ye maal mil gaya to wajib tak na mila tha is zamane ki zakaat wajib nahi.

NISAAB KA DEEN SE FARIGH HONA

NISAAB KA HAAJAT ASLIYA SE FARIGH HONA

HAAJAT ASLIYA
Yaani zindagi basar karne me jis cheez ki zarurat ho isme zakaat wajib nahi, jaese rehna ka makaan, jaadey garmiyo me pehenne k kapde, khanadaari k samaan, sawari k jaanwar, alaat, peshawaro k aozaar, khaane k liye ghalla, ahle ilm k liye haajat ki kitabey.

MAAL KA NAAMI HONA

MASLA:
Malik karne me ye bhi zaruri hai k aese ko zakaat de jo qabza karna jaanta ho yaani aesa na ho jo phenk de ya dhoka khaye warna ada na hogi jaese chotey bache ya pagal ko zakaat dene se ada na hogi, jiskey bache ko itni aqal na ho to iski taraf se iska baap jo faqeer ho wo qabza karley ya is bache ka wasi ya wo k ye bacha jiski nigrani me hai wo qabza karley.

SONE CHANDI AUR MAAL TIJARAT KI ZAKAAT

Is tarah 9 toley ki zakaat (10.5) toley se kam tak rahegi, jab (10.5) toley hojayega to zakaat badhegi, isi tarah chaandi k nisaab me (52.5) toley ki zakaat 63 toley se kam tak rahegi jab 63 toley chaandi hojayegi to zakaat badhegi.

MASLA:

SAYEMA KI ZAKAAT KA BAYAAN

3 Qism k jaanwaro me zakaat wajib hai jab k sayema ho, oont, bakri, gaaye, sayema wo jaanwar hai jo saal k zyada tar hisse char kar guzar karta ho aur isse maqsood e sirf doodh aur bache lena hai.

MASLA:

GAAYE BHAENS KI ZAKAAT

MASLA:
30 se kam gaaye ho to zakaat wajib nahi jab 30 puri ho to inki zazkaat me ek tabeey (yaani saal bhar ka bachda/ saal bhar ki bachiya) hai aur 40 ho to ek masan (yaani 2 saal ka bachda) ya masna (do saal ki bachiya) 59 tak yahi hukum hai, Phir 60 me do tabeey ya tabee'a phir har 30 me ek tabeey ya tabee'a aur har 40 me ek masan ya masna maslan 70 me ek tabeey aur ek masan aur isi me do masan.

MASLA:

Agar kisi k paas oont gaye bakriyan sab hain magar nisaab kisi ka pura nahi to nisaab puri karne k liye milaye na jayenge aur zakaat wajib na hoti.

ZAKAAT KIN LOGO KO DI JAYE

Zakaat k haqdaar 7 log hain, faqeer, miskeen, aamil, raqaab, gharam, fisabeel lillah, ibne al sabeel.

MASLA:
Faqeer wo aadmi hai jis k paas kuch ho magar na itna k nisaab ko pachoch jaye ya nisaab k barabar ho to iski haajat asliya me mustaghraq ho jaese rehne ka makaan, pehenne k kapde khudmat k liye laondi o ghulam peshe k aozaar waghaera jo zarurat ki cheezey hain chahey kitni hi qeemti ho ya itne ka qarzdaar ho k qarz nikalne k baad jo bache wo nisaab k barabar na ho ye cheezey agar ho aur nisaab se zyada ki maliyat me ho jab bhi faqeer hai.

MASLA:
Miskeen wo hai jiskey paas kuch na ho yaha tak k khaaney aur badan chupane k liye iska mohtaaj hai k logo se sawaal karey.

MASLA:
Miskeen ko sawaal halaal hai aur faqeer ko sawaal najayez hai isliye k jiskey paas khaane aur badan chupane ko ho usey baghaer zarurat o majburi k sawaal haraam hai.

MASLA:
Aamil wo hai jisey baadshah islam ne zakaat ashr wasool karne k liye muqarrar kiya ho usey kaam k lehaaz se itna diya jaye k isko iskey madadgaro ko mat'wasath taor per kaafi ho magar itna na diya jaye k jo wasool kar laaya hai iskey aadhey se zyada hojaye.

MASLA:
Raqaab se muraaad makatib ghulam ko dena k is maal zakaat se badal kitabat dekar apni gardan chudaye.

Gharam se muraad madyoon hai yaani isper itna deen hokar isey nikalne k baad nisaab baqi na rahe.

Fi sabeel lillah yaani raah e khuda me kharch karna iski kayi surtey hain jaese koi jihaad me jana chahta hai aur samaan iskey paas nahi to zakaat ka maal de sakte hain agarche wo kama sakta ho ya koi haj ko jana chahta hai aur iskey paas maal nahi isko zakaat de sakte hain amgar isey haj k liye sawaal karna jayaz nahi.

Ya talib e ilm jo ilm e deen padhta hai isey bhi zakaat de sakte hain balkey ye talib e ilm sawaal karkey bhi maal zakaat le sakta hai jab isne apne apko isi kaam k liye farigh kar rakha ho, agarche kama sakta ho yunhi har nek kaam k liye zakaat kharch karna fi sabeel lillah hai jabkey bataor tamleek ho baghaer tamleek zakaat ada nahi ho sakti.

Ibne al sabeel yaani musafir jiskey paas maal na raha wo zakaat le sakta hai agarche ghar per maal maojood ho magar itna hi le jisse zarurat puri hojaye zyada ki ijazat nahi.

Zakaat ada karne me ye zaruri hai k jisey de isey malik banadey abahat kaafi nahi, lehaza zakaat ka maal masjid me lagana, yaisse mayyat ko kafan dena ya mayyat ka deen ada karna, ya ghulam azaad karna, pul ya sadak banwadena, neher ya kuwaan khudwa dena in chizon me kharch karna ya kitaab waghaera koi cheez khareed kar waqf kardena kaafi nahi isse zakaat ada na hogi jab tak kisi faqeer ko malik na banadey, albatta faqeer zakaat k maal ka malik hojane k baad khud apni taraf se in kaamo me kharch karey to kar sakta hai.

Apni asal yaani maa, baap, dada, dadi, nana, nani, waghaera jinki aolaad me ye hai aur apni aolaad yaani beta, beti, pota, poti, nawasa, nawasi waghaera ko zakaat nahi de sakta yunhi sadqa fitr o nazar sharyi o kafara bhi inhey nahi de sakta, raha sadqa nafil to wo de sakta hai balkey behtar hai.

SADQA E FITR KA BAYAAN

RASOOL ALLAH ne farmaya bande ka roza asmaan o zameen k beech me ruka rehta hai jab tak sadqa e fitr ada na karey.

Sadqa e fitr wajib umr bhar iska waqt hai yaani agar ada na kiya ho to ab ada kardey ada na karne se saqat na hoga na ab ada karna qaza hai balkey ab bhi ada hi hai agarche sunnat EID ki namaz se peehle ada kardeta.

Eid k din subah sadeq shuru hote hi sadqa fitr wajib hojata hai lehaza jo shaks subah sadeq se pehle margaya ya faqeer hogaya to isper sadqa e fitr wajib na hua.

Subah sadeq shuru hone k baad jo bacha paeda hua ya jo kafir musalman hua ya jo faqeer ghani hua isper sadqa e fitr wajib na hua.

Sadqa fitr har musalman azaad malik nisaab per (jiski nisaab hajat e asliya k alawa ho) wajib hai ismey ghafil baligh aur maal naami hone ki shart nahi yaani maal per sall guzarna shart nahi.

Mard malik nisaab per apni taraf se aur apne chotey bache ki taraf se sadqa e fitr wajib hai, jab k bache khud malik na ho aur agar bacha nisaab ka malik ho to uska sadqa e fitr isi k maal se diya jaaye aur majnoon aolaad agarche baligh ho jsb k ghani na ho to iska sadqa e fitr iskey baap per wajib hai aur ghani ho to khud iskey maal se diya jaye.

Sadqa e fitr ki muqdaar ye hai gyahu ya iska aata ya satu adha sa'a khajoor ya munqi ya jao ya iska aata ya satu ek sa'a.

Aala darje ki tehqeeq aur ehtiyaat ye hai k sa'a ka wazan 351 rupiya bhar hai aur nusf sa'a ka wazan 175 rupiya athani bhar upar hai, (fatawa razwiya) yaani isi bhar k nambari sayer se jo aaj kal hind k aksar shehro me rayej hai, ek sa'a char seyr sawwa chey chatank ka hota hai aur adha sa'a do seyr sawwa teen chatank ka hota hai asaani aur zyada ehtiyaat isme hai k gyahu sawwa do seyr nambari ya jo sadhey chaar seyr nambari ek ek shaks ki taraf se dey.

SADQA E FITR KISKO DEY:

Sadqa e fitr k musaraf yaani haqdaar wahi hain jo zakaat k hain yaani jinko zakaat de sakte hain inhey fitra bhi de sakte hain siwa aamil k iskey liye zakaat hai fitra nahi.

YAZEED BIN KHUSAIFAH unse 20 naql karte hai.. As Sunan Al Kubra me. 2.. HAARIS BIN ABDURRAHMAN unse 23 Ma'al witr naql karte hai Musannaf Abdurrazzaaq me 3.. MOHAMMED BIN YUSUF inse naql karne me iztirab karte hai...Tafseel aage haie. Insha ALLAHA Is Tafseel Se malum hua ke Saaib Bin Yazeed ke teen Shagirdo me se Yazeed Bin Khusaifah Bees Aur Haris Bin Abdurrahmaan abi za'b tayees 23 (ma'al witr) naql karte hai, Albatta Muhammad Bin Yusuf ne do baato me ikhtilaf kiya hai. 1.. Yazeed bin Khusaifah aur Haaris Bin Abi Za'b Qaariyo ki taadaad nahi batate lekin Muhammad Bin Yusuf ne batai hai ke do the...Ubayy Bin Ka'b aur Tameem Daari. 2.. Awwaluzzikr do raavi Taraaweeh Bees hi naql karte hai lekin isne taraveeh ki taadaad gyarah, terah aur ekkees naql ki hai... Muhammad Bin Yusuf ke Shagirdo ki tafseel kuch yu hai... 1.. IMAM MALIK ne 11 naql ki hai.. Muatta imam malik me. 2.. YAHYA BIN SAEED ALQATTAAN ne 11 naql ki hai.. musannaf Ibne Abi Shaybah me. 3.. ABDUL AZIZ BIN MOHAMMED ADDARAAVARDEE ne 11 naql ki hai.. Saeed Bin Abi Mansur me. 4.. MOHAMMED BIN ISHAAQ ne 13 Naql ki hai.. Qiyamullayl Lil Murowzi me. 5.. DAWOOD BIN QAIES wagerah ne 21 Naql ki hai.. Musannaf Abdurrazzaq me. Isse wazeh hota hai ke MOHAMMED BIN YUSUF ke paancho shagirdo ke bayanaat Adado Kayfiyat ke lihaaz se baaham mukhtalif hai... 1.. Pehle teen shagird gyarah(11) naql karte hai aur Muhammad Bin Ishaaq terah(13).. Jabke Panchwa shagird Dawud Bin Qais ekkees(21) rakaat naql karta hai. 2.. Imam Malik ki rivayat me 11 rakat padhane ka hukm hai amal ka zikr nahi -Yahya Alqattaan ki rivayat me Hukm ka zikr Nahi. -Abdul Azeez bin Muhammad ki rivayat me 11 rakat to hai lekin na hukm hai aur na Ubayy Bin Ka'b aur Tameem Daari ka zikr hai. -Muhammad Bin Ishaaq ki rivayat me terah rakat ka zikr hai lekin na hukm hai aur na Ubayyo Tameem ka zikr -Aur Dawud Bin Qais ki rivayat me hukm to hai lekin gyarah ki bajaye Ekkees ka zikr hai. Khulasah ye ke Muhamamd Bin Yusuf ki ye rivayat Shadeed MUZTARIB hai... kisi ke samne kuch tadaad batate hain kisi ke samne kuch tadad batate h.. Kisi ko batate waqt hukm ka zikr karte hain kisi ko nahi karte.. kisi ko bayan karte waqt padhane walo ka zikr karte hain.. kisi ko nahi karte..
Pas ye HADIS SHADID MUZTARIB hai.. Aur IZTIRAAB FIL MATAN wajahe ZOAF hota hai... (Yani Zoaf ki waje hota hai)
Chunanche USOOLE HADIS ki mashur o maqbul kitab me ye usul mazkur hai... "WAL IZTIRAABU YUJIBU ZOAFUL HADIS" "Iztiraab riwayat ko zaeef bana deta hai" Taqreebun Nawwi Ma' Sharah Tadreeb..safa..234. LIHAZA HE HADIS ZAEEF HAI... Agar Bilfarz is rivayat me iztirab naa.bhi hota tab bhi Usule Hadees ki roo se SHAAZ hone ki wajah se naa qabile qabul thi....kyu ke Muhammad Bin Yusuf ki rivayat 2 Siqah raviyo ke khilaf hoti...khair yaha khud wo iztirab karliye hai. Jawab 2..
IMAM MALIK Rehemumulla ka Apna Amal iske khilaf hai q k wo bees (20)rakaat ke qail haie.. ALLAMA IBNE RUSHD MALKI.. likhte hai, "Imam Malik rahemumulla ne apne ek qaul me bees rakat ko ikhtiyar farmaya hai." Bidayatul Mujtahid Jild:1..safa..214. aur usule hadis ka qaidah hai raavi ka amal agar apni riwayat ke khikaf ho to is ki baat ki daleel hai..uski rivayat saqit hai... Al Minaar safa..190. Lihaza ye Rivayat Saqitul Amal hai. Alhamdulillah hamne ghaer muqallid ki ek dalil ko USOOLE HADIS ke qayede ke mutabik ZAEEF sabit kardiya....
Ab iske baad gyer muqallid wahabi is hadis ko apne liye 8 rakaat par dalil banane ke liye kuch bhi bayan karega..
TO YAKINAN WO APNI LUTI HUI IZZAT BACHANE KI KOSHISH KAREGA." ALLAHA SE YE DUAA HAIE KE HAME HADIS KI SAHI MARFAT KE SAAT HADIS PAR AMAL KARNE KIi TAUFIQ ATA FARMAYE.. aamin. Aage ham ghaer muqallido ki dusri dalil ka jayeza lege..jisko bataur dalil wo apne liye 8 rakaat tarawih par pesh karte h... Insha ALLAH. Continue......

AHADEES E MUBARAKA

HADEES 1:
HAZRAT SHADDAAD BIN OOS رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai k jo musalman leyt’te huye (yaani sone se pehle) kitaab ullah ki koi surah padh leta hai to ALLAH TA’ALA usper ek farishta muhafiz muqarrar kar deta hai wo farishta kisi aziyat dene waali cheez ko uske paas nahi aane deta yahaan tak k jab tak wo musalmaan bedaar hota hai us waqt wo farishta bhi apni khidmat se sabakdosh hojata hai.

HAZRAT ABDULLAH BIN OMER رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai k jis shaks ne QURAN ko padha to beshak uske dono pehluon k maabeen nabuwat ka istedraaj hogaya magar faraq ye hai k usper wahi nahi bheji jaati, SAHIB UL QURAAN ko ye baat shayaan shaan nahi k wo jadd karey aur jahalat karne waale k sath jahalat karey halaanke uska seena QURAN se munawar ho.

HAZRAT ANAS رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai k jis ghar mein QURAN padha jaata hai us mein khaer o barker ki kasrat hoti hai aur jis ghar mein QURAN nahi padha jaata uski khaer o barkat ghat jaati hai.

HAZRAT IBNE OMER رضي الله عنه ki hades naqal ki gayi hai k 3 shaks ko sakht khaof (qayamat k hungame) ka kuch dar na hoga aur na usse hisaab pucha jaayega balke wo makhlooq ka hisaab hone se faraghat k waqt take k mushk k teley par khade rahenge, minjumla unkey ek wo shaks jisne mehez khuda k waastey QURAN E MAJEED padha hai aur us qiraat ki haalat mein aesi qaom ki imamat ki hai jo usse raazi hai.

HAZRAT ABU HURAERA رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai k QURAN E KAREEM aesi tawangiri hai k iskey baad hota hi nahi aur na iskey barabar koi aur tawangiri hai.

FAEDA:
Yahaan khaal se momin ka qalb aur uska baatin muraad hai jisme usne QURAN ko bhar liya ho, ek aur aalim ka qaol hai k jis shaks ne QURAN ko jama kiya aur phir bhi dozakh mein gaya to wo khinreyz se bhi badtar hai.

IBNE AL AMBAARI ne kaha k iskey ye maayine hain k aag usko baatil na karegi aur na usko un kaano se mehroom karegi jinhone QURAN ko apne andar bhar liya hai aur na un haafezon aur zehno se mehroom kar sakegi jinhone QURAN ko haasil kiya hai.

HADEES 6:
IMAM TABRANI ne HAZRAT ANAS BIN MAALIK رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jis shaks ne QURAN ko is tarah padha k wo raat din usey padhta rehta hai uske halaal ko halaal aur uske haram ko haram samajhta hai to ALLAH TA’ALA uske gosht aur khoon ko aag per haram kardegi (yaani aag usey jala na sakegi) aur us shaks ko buzrug aur nek likhne waalon k hamraah rakhega yahaan tak k jab qayamat ka din aayega to us din QURAN uske liye hujjat hoga.

HADEES 7:
IMAM TABRANI ne HAZRAT ANAS رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k QURAN E MAJEED k hamileen ahle jannat k (mash’hoor o maroof log) honge.

HADEES 8:
IMAM NISAYI, IBNE MAAJA aur IMAM HAAKIM ne HAZRAT ANAS رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k ahle quran hi ALLAH TA’ALA k khaas bande hain.

HADEES 9:
IMAM MUSLIM ne HAZRAT ABU HURAERA رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k RASOOL ALLAH ne irshad farmaya, kya tum me se koi shaks is baat ko pasand karta hai k jis waqt wo apne ghar waalon k paas aaye to us waqt wo 3 badi badi aur moti taazi haamela oontniyaan laaye…???

Hum logon ne arz ki BESHAK RASOOL ALLAH ne farmaya 3 aayate hain inko tum me se koi shaks namaz mein padhe to wo uske liye 3 haamela oontniyon se behtar hain.

HADEES 10:
IMAM MUSLIM ne HAZRAT JAABIR BIN ABDULLAH رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k behtareen guftagu kitaab ullah hai.

HADEES 11:
IMAM AHMED ne HAZRAT MA’AZ BIN ANAS رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jis shaks ne QURAN ko ALLAH TA’ALA k liye padha wo siddiqeen, shohada aur saliheen k saath likh diya gaya aur ye log kya hi ache rafeeq hain.

HADEES 12:
IMAM TABRANI ne AL AOSATH mein HAZRAT ABU HURAERA رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jo shaks apne bête ko QURAN ki taleem dega usko qayamat k din ek jannat ka TAAJ pehnaya jaayega.

HADEES 13:
IMAM ABU DAWOOD, AHMED WA HAKIM ne HAZRAT MA’AZ BIN ANAS رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jis shaks ne QURAN ko padha aur usko pura yaad kiya aur usper amal bhi kiya to uske baap to qayamat k din ek TAAJ pehnaya jaayega jiski raoshni duniya mein aaye huye aftaab ki raoshni se behtar hogi to phir tumhara khud apna us shaks ki nisbat kya hai jo k usper amal karey.

HADEES 14:
IMAM TIRMIZI, IBNE MAAJA WA IMAM HAAKIM ne HAZRAT ALI رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jis shaks ne QURAN ko padha aur usey azbar karliya aur uske halaal ko halaal samjha aur uske haraam ko haraam maana ALLAH TA’ALA usey jannat mein daakhil karega aur uske ghar waalon me se 10 aese admiyon k baarey mein uski shafa’at qubool farmayega jinko dozakh hogayi hogi.

HADEES 15:
IMAM TABRANI ne HAZRAT ABU AMAMA رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jis shaks ne KITAAB ULLAH ki ek aayat seekhli wo aayat qayamat k din khanda peshani se uska isteqbaal karegi.

HAZRAT AYESHA SIDDIQUA رضي الله عنهما se riwayat hai k QURAN ka maahir buzrug aur nek katibon k hamraah aur jo shaks QURAN ko padhta hai aur usme ladkhadata hai halaanke wo usper giraan hai to uske liye 2 ajar hain.

HAZRAT JABIR رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai k jis shaks ne QURAN ko jama kiya ALLAH TA’ALA uski dua qubool karega chahe wo jald tar duniya hi mein uski du aka asar zaahir karde aur chahe usey aakhirat mein uske liye zakheera rakhey.

HAZRAT ABU MOOSA رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai k jo momin QURAN padhta hai uski misaal atraj (lemon) ki tarah hai jiska maza bhi acha hai aur khushbo bhi pakeeza aur us momin ki misaal jo k QURAN nahi padhta khajoor ki maanind hai k uska maza khushgawaar hai lekin usme koi khushbo nahi hai aur us faajir ki misaal jo k QURAN padhta hai rehaan ki tarah hai uski bo umdaah hai magar maza talakh aur QURAN na padhne waale faajir ki misaal and’zaayen k phal ki tarah hai jiska maza bhi talakh hai aur koi khushbo bhi nahi.

HAZRAT OSMAN رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai k tum me se acha wo shaks hai jo k QURAN ko seekhe aur usey dusron ko sikhaaye, IMAM BEHAQI ne “AL ASMAA” mein is per itna aur izafa kiya hai k aur QURAN ki buzrugi tamaam kaamon per aesi hai jaesi k khuda ki fazeelat uski tamaam makhlooqaat par hai.

2. IMAM AHMED BIN HAMBAL ne HAZRAT BURAEDA رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k SUREH AL BAQARA ko seekho isliye k uska seekhna aur padhna barkat hai aur usey chod dena hasrat hai aur kaahil log usko nahi seekh sakte, tumlog SUREH AL BAQARA WA AAL E IMRAN ko zaroor seekho

Kyun k ye dono “ZEHRAWAAN” (chamakti huyi raoshniyaan) hain aur qayamat k din ye apne saaheb per is tarah saaya figan honge k goya wo do halki badliyaan hain ya do ghayabatey yaani parde aur ya do qatarey saf baandh kar udne waali chudiyon ki hain.

3. IMAM IBNE HABBAN رضي الله عنه waghaera ne HAZRAT SAHAL BIN SAAD رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k hare k shae ka ek sannam ubhaar choti aur buland maqaam hua karta hai aur QURAN ka sannam SUREH AL BAQARA hai, jo shaks usey din k waqt apne ghar mein padhega to 3 raatey shaetaan uske ghar mein na aayega.

4. IMAM BEHAQI ne AL SHA’AB mein AL SALSAAL k tareeq se riwayat ki hai k jo shaks SUREH AL BAQARA padhega usko jannat mein ek taaj pehnaya jaayega.

5. IMAM BEHAQI ne MAKHOOL se marsalan riwayat kiya hai k jo shaks JUMA k din SUREH AAL E IMRAAN padhega farishte uske liye raat k waqt tak dua e rahmat karte rahenge.

AYAT UL KURSI KI FAZILAT

1. IMAM MUSLIM ne ABI BIN KAAB رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k KITAAB ULLAH mein sabse badhkar muazzam AAYAT UL KURSI hai.

2. IMAM TIRMIZI aur IMAM HAAKIM ne HAZRAT ABU HURAERA رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k har cheez ka ek sannaam (kangoora ubhaar) hua karta hai aur QURAN E MAJEED ka sannaam SUREH AL BAQARA hai aur is surat mein ek AAYAT tamaam AAYAT E QURANI ki sardaar hai wo AAYAT UL KURSI hai.

3. IBNE HABBAN aur IMAM NISAYI ne ABU AMAMA رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jo shaks har farz namaz k baad AAYAT UL KURSI ko padhe to usko dakhool e jannat se koi cheez maaney nahi siwaye maot k.

4. IMAM AHMED ne HAZRAT ANAS رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k AAYAT UL KURSI ka ek chaothayi hai (yaani sawaab mein rubaa quran k barabar).

SUREH AL BAQARA K KHATAM KI AAYAT

1. SAHA SITTA mein ABU MASOOD رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai k jo shaks ek raat mein SUREH AL BAQARA k aakhir ki 2 aayatey padhle bas wahi ayatey us k liye kaafi hojayenge.

2. IMAM HAAKIM ne NOMAAN BIN BASHEER رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k ALLAH TA’ALA ne asmaano aur zameen k paeda farmane se 2000 saal qabal ek kitaab likhi thi usi kitaam mein se ALLAH TA’ALA ne 2 ayatey naazil farma kar SUREH AL BAQARA ko unhi k saath khatam farmaya hai, jis ghar mein wo dono aayatey padhi jaayengi shaetaan 3 din tak us ghar k qareeb na jaayega.

KHATAM AAL E IMRAAN

IMAM BEHAQI ne HAZRAT OSMAN BIN AFFAN رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jo shaks kisi raat mein SUREH AAL E IMRAAN ka aakhir padhega uske haq mein tamaam raat qayaam karne ka sawaab likh diya jaayega.

SUREH AL AN’AAM KI FAZILAT

1. IMAM DAARIMI ne HAZRAT OMER FAROOQ رضي الله عنه se maoqufan riwayat ki hai k SUREH AL AN’AAM QURAN ki bahot umdah aur afzal surton mein se hai.

2. IMAM AHMED AUR IMAM HAAKIN ne HAZRAT AYESHA SIDDIQUA رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jis shaks ne SABBA’A AL TOOL (yaani 7 lambi surtey ye kehlaati hain, AL BAQARA, AAL E IMRAN, AN NISAA, AL MAYEDA, AL AN’AAM, AL A’ARAAF AUR AL TAOBA) ko haasil karliya wahi habar (zabardast aalim) hai.

SUREH HOOD KI FAZILAT

IMAM TABRANI ne AL AOSATH mein ek sanad k saat HAZRAT ALI رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k SUREH HOOD, YASEEN, AL DUKHAN, aur AMMA YATASA ALOONA ki surtey koi munafiq hi hoga jo yaad na karega.

SUREH AL KAHAF K FAZAEL

1. IMAM HAAKIM ne ABU SAYEED رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jis shaks ne baroz jumua SUREH AL KAHAF padhi usko is qadar noor ata kiya jaayega jo jumua aur uske baad aane waale jumua k darmiyaan zamane ko tabaan yaani raoshan rakhega.

2. IMAM MUSLIM ne ABU DARDA رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jis shaks ne SUREH AL KAHAF ki awwal se 10 ayatey hifz karli ho wo dajjal k fitne se mehfooz hogaya.

3. IMAM AHMED ne HAZRAT MAAZ BIN ANAS رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki k jis shaks ne SUREH AL KAHAF k awwal o aakhir ki qiraat ki to ye uske liye sar ta ba qadam ek noor ban jaayegi aur jis shaks ne ye puri sureh padhi uske haq mein ye asmaan se zameen tak maojab noor hogi.

4. IMAM BIZAAR ne HAZRAT OMRO se riwayat ki hai k jis shaks ne kisi raat ko SUREH KAHAF ki ayat no 110 padhi to usko itna noor milega k madina se makkah tak hoga aur us noor mein farishte bhare honge.

SUREH YASEEN K FAZAEL

1. ABU DAWOOD, NISAYI WA IBNE HABBAN ne MA’AQAL BIN YASAAR se riwayat ki hai k YASEEN quran ka qalb hai jo shaks bhi isko ALLAH TA’ALA se sawaab aur daar e akhirat haasil karne ki niyyat se padhega ye uski maghfirat ka baayis ban jaayegi, tum is surat ko apne murdon per zaroor padho.

2. IMAM TIRMIZI WA DAARIMI ne HAZRAT ANAS رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k hare k cheez ka ek qalb hota hai aur QURAN ka qalb YASEEN hai aur jo shaks SUREH YASEEN ko padhega ALLAH TA’ALA uske liye 10 martaba QIRAAT E QURAN karne ka sawaab likhdega.

3. IMAM DAARIMI aur IMAM TABRANI ne HAZRAT ABU HURAERA رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jo shaks mehez raza e ilahi ki talab mein raat k waqt SUREH YASEEN ko padhega uski maghfirat kardi jaayegi.

4. IMAM TABRANI ne HAZRAT ANAS رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jo shaks har raat ko SUREH YASEEN ki QIRAAT per mudavimat karega aur phir wo marjaayega to SHAHEED hokar marega.

IMAM HAAKIM ne IBNE MASOOD رضي الله عنه se maoqufan riwayat ki hai k “SUREH HAWWAMEEM” quran ki deybaaj hain.

IMAM TIRMIZI ne HAZRAT ABU HURAERA رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jis shaks ne raat mein SUREH AL DUKHAN padhi wo aesi haalat mein subah karega k uske waste sattar hazaar 70,000 farishte astaghfaar karte honge.

IMAM DAARIMI ne IBNE MASOOD رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k har cheez ka ek libaab hota hai aur QURAN ka libaab SUREH MUFASSIL hai.

IMAM BEHAQI ne HAZRAT ALI رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k har shae ki ek uroos (dulhan) hoti hai aur QURAN ki UROOS “SUREH AL RAHMAN” hai.

HADEES K AYEMA ARBA aur IBNE HABBAN wa IMAM HAAKIM ne HAZRAT ABU HURAERA رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k minjumla QURAN k 31 aayaton ki surat hai, isne ek shaks ki yahaan tak shafa’at ki k wo bakhsh diya gaya hai, wo SUREH AL MULK hai.

FAZAEL SUREH AL BAYYINA

ABU NAYEEN ne KITAAB UL SAHABA mein ISMAIL BIN ABI HAKEEM AL MAZNI AL SAHABI رضي الله عنه se marfuan riwayat ki hai k beshak ALLAH TA’ALA “SUREH AL BAYYINA” ki qiraat ko suntan hai aur fermata hai k mere bande ko basharat de do qasam hai mujhko apni izzat ki beshak main isko jannat mein makeen banaunga aur aesi qudrat dunga k wo raazi hojayega.

FAZAEL SUREH AL ZILZIL

IMAM TIRMIZI ne HAZRAT ANAS رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k jis shaks ne SUREH ZILZAAL ko padha ye uske liye NUSF QURAN k barabar hojayegi.

FAZAEL SUREH AL AADIYAAT

ABU JUNAID ne HAZRAT ANAS رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k SUREH ZILZAAL NUSF QURAN k barabar hai aur SUREH AL AADIYAAT bhi NUSF QURAN k barabar hai.

FAZAEL SUREH AL TAKASUR

IMAM HAAKIM ne IBNE OMAR رضي الله عنه se riwayat ki hai k tum me se koi shaks har roz 1000 ayate nahi padh sakta, SAHABA KIRAAM رضي الله عنهم ne pucha to phir kaon shaks ye quwwat rakhta hai k 1000 ayatey padh sake? Farmaya kya tum me se koi SUREH TAKASUR padhne ki quwwat nahi rakhta.
