TARJUMA:
Jo log ALLAH TA'LA ki raah me kharch
karte hain unki kahawat is daane ki hai jisse 7 baley nikley har baal se sau
daane aur ALLAH TA'ALA jisey chahta hai zyada deta hai aur ALLAH TA'ALA wasa'at
wala aur badey ilm wala hai, jo log ALLAH TA'ALA ki raah me apne maal kharch
karte hain phir kharch karne k baad na ehsaan jatate hain na aziyat dete hain
un k liye inka sawaab inke rab k huzoor hai aur na inper kuch khaof hai aur na
wo ghamgeen honge, achi baat aur maghfirat is sadqe se behtar hai jiskey baad
aziyat dena ho aur ALLAH TA'ALA be parwah hai Halam wala hai.

ZAKAAT NA DENE PER WAYEEDEY
Zakaar azam farz e deen o ehem arkaan se
hai, lehaza quran azam me 32 jaga namaz k sath iska zikr farmaya, aur tarah
tarah se bando ko is ehem farz ki taraf bulaya.
TARJUMA:
Mitata hai ALLAH TA'ALA sood ko aur
badhata hai khaeraat ko.

MASAYEL FIQIYAH
ZAKAAT shariyat me ALLAH TA'ALA k liye
maal k ek hisse ka jo shara'a ne muqarrar kiya hai musalman faqeer ko malik
qaraar dena hai aur wo faqeer na hashmi ho na hashmi ka azaad karda ghulaam.
Zakaat farz hai, iska munkir kafir aur

chahe beech saal me acha na ho to zakaat wajib hai aur junoon agar asli ho
yaani junoon hi ki haalat me buloogh hua to iska saal hosh aane se shuru hoga,
yunhi agar junoon aarzi hai magar purey saal ko gher liya to jab afaqa hoga is
waqt se saal ki ibteda hogi.
AZAAD HONA
Ghulam per zakaat wajib nahi.
MALIK E NISAAB HONA
Nisaab se kam me zakaat wajib nahi yaani
jitne maal per shariyat ne zakaat muqarrar ki hai isse kam maal ka malik hai to
zakaat wajib nahi.
PUREY TAOR PER MALIK HONA
Purey taor per malik ho yaani isper
qabza bhi ho tab ZAKAAT wajib hai warna nahi.
MASLA:
Jo maal gum hogaya ya dariya me girgaya
ya kisi ne ghazab karliya aur iske paas ghazab k gawah nahi ya jungle me dafan
kardiya tha aur ye yaad nahi raha k kaha dafan kiya tha ya anjaan k paas amanat
rakhi thi aur ye yaad na raha k wo kaon hai ya madyoon ne deen se inkaar kardiya

NISAAB KA DEEN SE FARIGH HONA
Nisaab ka malik to hai magar isper itna

zakaat khiraaj).

Jo deen maiyaari ho wo zakaat se nahi

NISAAB KA HAAJAT ASLIYA SE FARIGH HONA
Jo maal hajat e asliya k alawa ho isme
zakaat wajib hai jab k wo nisaab k barabar ho.
HAAJAT ASLIYA
Yaani zindagi basar karne me jis cheez
ki zarurat ho isme zakaat wajib nahi, jaese rehna ka makaan, jaadey garmiyo me
pehenne k kapde, khanadaari k samaan, sawari k jaanwar, alaat, peshawaro k
aozaar, khaane k liye ghalla, ahle ilm k liye haajat ki kitabey.
MAAL KA NAAMI HONA
Maal ka naami hoa yaani badhne wala
khwaah haqeeqatan badhey ya hikman yaani agar badhana chahe to badhaye yaani

zimmi ko dete waqt niyyat karli thi to ye niyyat kaafi hai.
MASLA:
Wakeel ko ikhtiyaar hai k maal e zakaat
apne ladke ya bibi ko de de jab k ye faqeer ho aur ladka agar nabaligh hai to
isey dene k liye khud is wakeel ka faqeer hona bhi zaruri hai, magar apni bibi
ya aolaad ko is waqt de sakta hai jab muwakkil ne inkey siwa kisi khaas shaks
ko dene k liye na keh diya ho, warna inhey nahi de sakta.
MASLA:
Wakeel ko ye ikhtiyaar nahi k khud lele,
haan agar zakaat dene waley ne ye keh diya ho k jis jaga chaho sarf karo to le
sakta hai.

Zakaat k wakeel ko ye ikhtiyaar hai k
baghaer ijazat malik dusrey ko wakeel banade.
MASLA:
Mubaah kardene se zakaat ada na hogi,
maslan faqeer ko zakaat ki niyyat se khana khila diya to zakaat ada na hogi,
isliye k ye malik kardena na hua, haan agar khana de de k khaley ya le jaye to
ada hogayi, yunhi zakaat ki niyyat se kapda de diya to ada hogayi.
MASLA:
Malik karne me ye bhi zaruri hai k aese
ko zakaat de jo qabza karna jaanta ho yaani aesa na ho jo phenk de ya dhoka
khaye warna ada na hogi jaese chotey bache ya pagal ko zakaat dene se ada na
hogi, jiskey bache ko itni aqal na ho to iski taraf se iska baap jo faqeer ho
wo qabza karley ya is bache ka wasi ya wo k ye bacha jiski nigrani me hai wo
qabza karley.
SONE CHANDI AUR MAAL TIJARAT KI ZAKAAT
Sone ka nisaab 20 mashqaal hai yaani 7.5
tole aur chaandi ka 200 dirham yaani 52.5 toley.
MASLA:
Sone chandi k alawa tijarat ki koi cheez
ho jiski qeemat sone chandi ki nisaab pahoche to isper bhi zakaat wajib hai
yaani qeemat ka chaliswa hissa aur agar asbaab ki qeemat to nisaab ko nahi
pahonchti magar iskey paas inkey alawa sona chaandi bhi hai to inki qeemat sone
chaandi k sath milakar majmua yaani jama karey agar majmua nisaab ko pahoncha
zakaat wajib hai.
Asbaab tijarat ki qeemat sone ki nisaab
ki qeemat se lagaye to nisaab nahi banti aur chaandi ki nisaab ki qeemat se
banaye to ban jati hai to isse lagayi jaaye jisse nisaab puri ho, jaese aaj kal
k 7.5 toley sone ki qeemat me chaandi ki kayi nisabey hogi, lehaza maal e
tijarat ko chandi ki nisaab ki qeemat se lagaye.
MASLA:
Sona bhi hai aur chandi bhi aur dono me
se koi bhi nisaab k barabar nahi to sone ki qeemat ki chaandi chaandi me milaye
to nisaab hojati hai aur chaandi ki qeemat ka sona soney me milaye to nisaab
nahi hoti wo wajib hai k jisme nisaab puri ho wo karey.

isme zakaat hogi maslan jiskey paas 7.5 toley sona hai to isper 2 maashey 3
ratti sona zakaat me dena farz hai, iskey baad 7.5 toley ka paanchwa hissa
(1.5) tola zyada ho yaani 9 toley sona hojaye to zakaat badhegi aur 9 toley se
kam yaani (8.5) toley me bhi wahi zakaat hogi jo 7.5 toley me thi.
Is tarah 9 toley ki zakaat (10.5) toley
se kam tak rahegi, jab (10.5) toley hojayega to zakaat badhegi, isi tarah
chaandi k nisaab me (52.5) toley ki zakaat 63 toley se kam tak rahegi jab 63
toley chaandi hojayegi to zakaat badhegi.

Maal e tijarat me saal guzarne per jo
qeemat hogi iska aetebaar hai magar shart ye hai k shuru saal me iski qeemat do
sau dirham se kam na ho.
SAYEMA KI ZAKAAT KA BAYAAN
3 Qism k jaanwaro me zakaat wajib hai
jab k sayema ho, oont, bakri, gaaye, sayema wo jaanwar hai jo saal k zyada tar
hisse char kar guzar karta ho aur isse maqsood e sirf doodh aur bache lena hai.
Agar ghaans laakar khaate ho ya maqsood
bojh laadna ya hal waghaera kisi kaam me laana ya sawari lena hai to agarche
char kar guzar karta ho wo sayema nahi aur iski zakaat wajib nahi yu hain agar
gosht khaane k liye hai to sayema nahi agarche jungle me charta ho aur agar
tijarat ka jaanwar charabi per hai to ye bhi sayema nahi balkey iski zakaat ki
qeemat lagakar ada ki jayegi.

tak 2 haqqa aur har paanch me ek bakri maslan 125 me 2 haqqa 1 bakri aur 130 me

Oont ki zakaat me jo oont ka bacha diya

nahi liya jayega.
GAAYE BHAENS KI ZAKAAT
MASLA:
30 se kam gaaye ho to zakaat wajib nahi
jab 30 puri ho to inki zazkaat me ek tabeey (yaani saal bhar ka bachda/ saal
bhar ki bachiya) hai aur 40 ho to ek masan (yaani 2 saal ka bachda) ya masna
(do saal ki bachiya) 59 tak yahi hukum hai, Phir 60 me do tabeey ya tabee'a
phir har 30 me ek tabeey ya tabee'a aur har 40 me ek masan ya masna maslan 70
me ek tabeey aur ek masan aur isi me do masan.
MASLA:
Gaaye bhaens ka ek hukum hai aur agar
dono ho to milaley jaese 20 gaye hain aur 10 bhaensey to zakaat wajib hogayi
aur zakaat me iska bacha liya jaye jo zyada ho yaani gaye zyada ho to gaaye ka
bacha aur bhaens zyada ho to bhaens ka bacha aur koi zyada na ho to zakaat me
wo bacha ley jo matwasat darja ka ho.

BHEED BAKRI KI ZAKAAT
40 se kam bheed bakriyan ho to zakaat
wajib nahi aur 40 ho to ek bakri aur yahi hukum 120 tak hai yaani inme bhi wahi
ek bakri hai aur 121 me 2 bakri aur jo do nisabon k beech me hai inki zakaat
muaaf hai.
MASLA:
Zakaat me ikhtiyaar hai k bakri dey ya
bakra jo kuch bhi ho ye zaroor hai k saal bhar se kam ka na ho agar kam ka ho
to qeemat k hisaab se diya jasakta hai.

Bheeed, dumba, bakri me dakhil hain k ek
qism se nisaab puri na ho to dusri qism ko milaley aur zakaat me bheed dumba
bhi de sakte hain magar saal bhar se kam k na ho.

Agar kisi k paas oont gaye bakriyan sab
hain magar nisaab kisi ka pura nahi to nisaab puri karne k liye milaye na
jayenge aur zakaat wajib na hoti.

Sadqa e fitr ki muqdaar ye hai gyahu ya
iska aata ya satu adha sa'a khajoor ya munqi ya jao ya iska aata ya satu ek
sa'a.

Aala darje ki tehqeeq aur ehtiyaat ye
hai k sa'a ka wazan 351 rupiya bhar hai aur nusf sa'a ka wazan 175 rupiya
athani bhar upar hai, (fatawa razwiya) yaani isi bhar k nambari sayer se jo aaj
kal hind k aksar shehro me rayej hai, ek sa'a char seyr sawwa chey chatank ka
hota hai aur adha sa'a do seyr sawwa teen chatank ka hota hai asaani aur zyada
ehtiyaat isme hai k gyahu sawwa do seyr nambari ya jo sadhey chaar seyr nambari
ek ek shaks ki taraf se dey.

Sadqa e fitr k musaraf yaani haqdaar
wahi hain jo zakaat k hain yaani jinko zakaat de sakte hain inhey fitra bhi de
