APKE DUSHMAN SE KYA RISHTA YA RASOOL ALLAH ﷺ PART 02

GUSTAAKH KAON?

ALAMAATH:


TARJUMA:
Allah ki khasam khaatey hain k unhone na kaha aur beshak zaroor unhone kufr ki baat kahi aur islam me aakar kafir hogaye.
(PARA 10, SURAH AL-TAOBA, AYATH 74)

SHAAN E NUZOOL:
IBNE JAREER O TABRANI O ABU AL SHAIKH rayees ul mufassireen hazrat abdullah bin abbas رضي الله عنه se riwayat karte hain k huzoor ek darakhth k saaye me araam farma rahe the to irshad farmaya ankhareeb ek aesa shaks ayega jo tumhe shaetaan ki ankho se dekhega wo ayega to ussey baat hargiz na karna thodi der baad ek kunji aankho wala saamne se guzra.

Rasool allah ne usey bulakar farmaya k tu aur tere sathi kis baat per meri shaan me gustakhi ka lafz bolte hain?
Wo gaya aur tamaam sathiyo ko bula laya sabne aakar khasmey khayi k humne koi kalma apki shaan me be adabi ka nahi kaha hai.
Us per ALLAH TA'ALA ne ye ayat e karima nazil farmayi k unhone gustakhi nahi ki hai aur beshak wo zaroor kufr ka lafz bolte hain aur rasool allah ki shaan me be adabi karkey islam k baad kafir hogaye.

Malum hua k huzoor ki shaan me gustakhi aur be adabi ka lafz bolne wala kafir hai aur aese shaks ko kafir kehna sunnat e ilahi hai.

ALLAH TA'ALA FARMATA HAI:
TARJUMA:
Aur aye mehboob agar tum unse pucho to kahenge k hum to yu hi hansi khel me the, tum farmao kya ALLAH aur uski ayato aur uskey rasool se haste ho.
(PARA 10, SURAH AL-TAOBA, AYATH 65)

SHAAN E NUZOOL:
Ibne abi shayeba o ibne al munzar aur ibne abi hatim o abu al shaikh imam mujahed shagird khaas syedna abdullah bin abbas رضي الله عنه se riwayat karte hain k kisi shaks ki oontni gum hogayi thi wo isko talash kar raha tha to rasool allah ne farmaya k oontni falaan jungle me falaan jaga hai isper munafiq ne kaha k muhammed batatey hain k oontni falaan jungle me hai halankey inko gai'b ki kya khabar?

Huzoor ne is munafiq ko bulakar daryafth kiya to usne kaha hum to aese hi hansi mazaaq kar rahe the to ALLAH TA'ALA ne ye ayat e karima nazil farmayi.

TARJUMA:
K ALLAH aur rasool se thitta karte ho bahane na banao tum musalman kehla kar is lafz k bolne se kafir hogaye.

Malum hua k rasool allah k ilm gai'b k mutalliq ta'an karna aur apk ilm ka inkar karna aurapk barey me ye lafz bolna k inko gai'b ki kya khabar ya likhna jaesa k takhwiyatul imaan me likha hai k rasool ko gai'b ki kya khabar? Kufr hai.

Ab bhi ap is mazkura ayath e karima k pesh nazar tajziya karley kaon hai jo me'mbaro per baeth kar ilm e mustafa ko maozu behes banate hain, kabhi syeda um ul momineen ayesha siddiqa رضي الله عنهما per tohmat wali baat (hadees) padh kar ilm gai'b rasool ka inkaar karey, kabhi zati ilm wali ayat padh kar sadah luh musalmano yaani bhole bhaley musalmano ko gumrah karne ki koshish karey. Ye tarazu ap k hath me hai faesla karey k kaon ilm ki baat karta hai aur kaon la ilmi sabit karne k liye zor lagata hai faesla apk hath me hai.

AESE ALFAZ BHI NA BOLO JISSEY GUSTAKHO KO MAOQA MILEY:

ALLAH TA'ALA apne mehboob e kareem ki bargah ka is had tak adab sikhata hai k sahaba kiraam ko guftagu karne k saliqe farmaye ja rahe hain.

TARJUMA:
Aye imaan walo! rayina راعنا na kaho aur yu arz ko k huzoor hum per nazar rakhey aur pehle hi se baghaor suno aur kafiro k liye dardnaak azaab hai.

SHAAN E NUZOOL:

Jab huzoor sahaba e kiraam ko kuch wa'az o nasihath farmate to sahab e kiraam darmiyaan kalaam me kabhi kabhi arz karte, راعنا ya rasool allah yaani ya rasool allah hamari ri'ayath farmaiye yaani apni guftagu ko dubara farma dijiye taakey hum log achi tarah samajhley aur yahood ki lughat me lafz راعنا be adabi k mayiney rakhta tha. Yahoodiyo ne is lafz ko gustakhi ki niyat se kehna shuru kardiya.

Hazrat sa'ad bin maaz رضي الله عنه yahudiyo ki zubaan jaante the ek din ye kalima aapne inki zubaan se sunkar farmaya k aye dushmanan e khuda tum per ALLAH ki laanat ho agar ab maine kisi ki zubaan se ye lafz suna to inki gardan maardunga.

Yahudiyo ne kaha k ap to hum par naraaz hotey hain halankey musalman bhi yahi lafz bolte hain.

Yahudiyo k is jawaab per ap ranjeeda hokar huzoor ki khidmat me haazir hi ho rahe the k ayat e karima nazil huyi jismey راعنا kehne se logo ko rok diya aur is mayine ka dusra lafz انظرنا kehne ka hukum hua.

Sabit hua k nabi e rehmat e alam ki taazeem o taoqeer karna aur ini bargah e naaz me adab k kalimaat bolna farz hai aur jis lafz me be adabi ka sha'eba ho wo hargiz zuban per nahi la sakte.

Aur is baat ki taraf ishara hai k syed ul ambiya mehboob e kibriya ki shaan me gustakhi aur be adabi karne wala kafir hai chahe wo subah o shaam kalma e tayyaba ki rat hi kyu na lagata ho.

GUSTAAKH E RASOOL KI SAZA SAR TAN SE JUDA:

ALLAH TA'ALA IRSHAD FARMATA HAI:
TARJUMA:
Kya tumne inhey na dekha jinka daawa hai k wo imaan laye isper jo tumhari taraf utra aur is per jo tumse pehle utra phir chahte hain k shaetaan ko apna panch banaye aur unka to hukum ye tha k isey aslan na maaney aur iblees ye chahta hai k inhey dur behka de aur jab insey kaha jaye k ALLAH ki utari huyi kitab aur rasool ki taraf ao to tum dekhoge k munafiq tume se mu mod kar phir jate hain.
(PARA 5, SURAH AL-NISA'A, AYAT 60,61)

SHAAN E NUZOOL:

Bashar naami ek munafiq ka ek yahoodi se jhagda hogaya, yahudi ne kaha chalo syed e alam se taye karaley, munafiq ne khayal kiya k huzoor to be riayath mehez haq faesla denge iska matlab hasil na hoga.

Isliye isney bawajood mad'yi imaan hone k ye kaha k kaab din ashraf yahudi ko panch banao (quran e kareem me taaghoot se is kaab bin ashraf k paas faesla le jana muraad hai) yahoodi jaanta tha k ka'ab rishwat khor hai.

Isliye isney bawajood mazhab hone k isko panch tasleem na kiya nachaar munafiq ko faesle k liye syed e alam ki khidmat me hazir hona pada.

Aapne jo faesla diya wo yahudi k mawafiq hua yaha se faesla sunney k baad phir munafiq yahudi k dar pe hua aur isey majboor karkey hazrat omer رضي الله عنه k paas laya.

Yahoodi ne apse arz kiya mera iska maamla syed e alam taye farma chuke lekin ye is faesle se razi nahi apse faesla chahta hai.

Farmaya haan abhi aakar iska faesla karta hu, ye farmakar makaan me tashreef le gaye aur talwaar lakar usko qatal kardiya aur farmaya jo ALLAH aur uskey rasool k faesle se razi na ho uska mere paas faesla ye hai.

Is ayat me hazrath omer رضي الله عنه k is qaol o amal ki taayed o tasdeeq ki gayi hai.

Is ayat se sabit hua k musalman apne nabi k har faesle ko dil o jaan se tasleem karey warna be imaan hai.

Huzoor nabi e pak ko musalman hi apna hakim e mutlaq bi'izni ta'ala maanta hai warna be imaan hai.

FAROOQI LAQAB:

Isi moqe per ALLAH TA'ALA ki taraf se hazrat omer bin khattab رضب الله عنه ko laqab "FAROOQ" mila.

Arabi zabaan se wakhif hazraat bakhubi jaante hain k farooqi aur taghoot hum wazan hai, dono seghe kasrat k mayiney ko zahir karte hain to is ayat se pehli ayat me ka'ab bin ashraf taghoot kaha gaya jiska mayina hai mahot sar kashi wala, is hisaab se farooq k mayine honge haq o batil me khoob faraq karne wala.

MUNAFIQ KAON THA?
Is munafiq ka naam bashar tha aur ka'b bin ashraf yahoodi aalim ki taraf mukhadma le jana chahta tha.

MURTAD KI SAZA:

Yahi waja huyi iske imaan se kharij hone k, dusri waja is munafiq ne huzoor k faesle ko dil se bura jaan kar inheraaf kiya tha.

Imaan se kharij hone ki ek waja yahi hai k wo gustakh tha aj tak ahl e islam me qatal murtad ki jo saza muqarrar hai iski buniyad yahi waqeya hai.

GUSTAAKH KA ANJAAM BAD

Ye to har islami firqa maanta hai k gustaakh e rasool murtad hai aur murtad ki saza qatal hai lekin jahalat k ghulbe se aaj kisi ko kaho k ye to gustakhi hai wo dhatayi o be sharmi se ulta gustakhi ko taoheed bataye to iska kya ilaaj?

Isiliye hum ye faesla ALLAH TA'ALA per chodte hain jaese iska khanoon hai k HABEEB E AKRAM k gustaakh ko aaj na sahi to kal zaroor saza dega aur itna sakht k kuffaar o mushrikeen haeraan reh jayenge aur kabi duniya me bhi giraft farmaleta hai.

GUSTAAKH E RASOOL WAJID AL QATAL HAI

Gustaakh e rasool ek aesa khabeeh aur ghinaona amal hai iski saza sar tan se juda hai, quran o hadees me iskey beshumaar shwahed (saboot) hain.

QURAN:

To aye mehboob tumhare rab ki khasam wo musalman na honge jab tak apne apas k jhagde me tumhe hakim na banaye phir jo kuch tum hukum farma do apne dilo me is se rukawat na paye aur ji se maanle.
(PARA 5, SURAH-AL NISA, AYAT 65)

SHAAN E NUZOOL

Pahaad se aane wala pani jisse bagho me a rasaani karte hain isme ek ansari ka hazrat zubair رضي الله عنه se jhagda hua, maamla SYED O ALAM k huzoor pesh kiya gaya, HUZOOR ne farmaya aye zubair رضي الله عنه tum apne baagh ko pani dekar apne padosi ki taraf pani chod do.

Ye ansari ko giraan guzra aur iski zubaan se ye kalima nikla k zubair apk phupuzaad bhai ain bawajood faesla main zubair ko ansari k sath ehsaan ki hidayat farmayi gayi thi lekin ansari ne iski qadar na ki to HUZOOR E AKRAM ne hazrat zubair رضي الله عنه ko hukum diya k apne baagh ko saeraab karkey pani rok lo insafan khareeb wala hi pani ka mustahiq hai is per ye ayat nazil huyi.

Imam faqruddin رحمة الله عليه ne SHAAN E NUZOOL yu likha hai k "jab ek munafiq ne HUZOOR k faesley per hazrat omer رضي الله عنه k faesley ko tarjeeh di ap رضي الله عنه ne isko qatal kardiya.

Logon me mash'hoor hogaya k hazrat omer رضب الله عنه ne ek musalmaan ko qatal kardiya, aapne HUZOOR se arz kiya HUZOOR jo apka faesla na maane wo musalman kab hai? Is waqt ye ayat e karima nazil huyi, AAPKE RAB KI QASAM WO MUSALMAN HI NAHI JO APKA FAESLA NA MAANE.

QABIL E GAOR:

Mazkoora dono ayaat se wazeh hua k GUSTAAKH E RASOOL ka murtakib wajib al qatal hai jab kisi musalman k saamne gustakhi ka irtekaab ho, sunnat e farooqi ye hai k gustaakh k wajood se faoran zameen paak ki jaye adalati karwayi ka intezaar karna imaan k munafi hai.


Agar adalati karwayi ka intezaar zaruri hota to syedna farooq e azam رضي الله عنه adalat risalat ma'aab ki taraf ruju karte waha se jo faesla hota isper amal dar aamad karte magar unhone aesa nahi kiya balkey faoran gustaakh ko waasil e jahannam kiya phir inke is feyl per tayed khudawandi huyi quran e paak ki ayat nazil hogayi jo rehti duniya tak khanoon ban gaya k GUSTAAKH E RASOOL ki saza sar tan se juda.

APKE DUSHMAN SE KYA RISHTA YA RASOOL ALLAH ﷺ


Bad qismati se hamare daor me sulle kulliyath ka marz badhta ja raha hai, mazaheb batila se meyl jol ko ma'ashirati samajkar ya koi aur waja se zaruri samjha ja raha hai.

Agar koi banda khuda e dushman ahmed pe shiddat karta hai to apno ki taraf se mukhalifat o mukhasimat ka na khatam hone wala silsila shuru hojata hai, mehez raza e ilahi k liye gustakho, be adabo se ta'allukhat khatam karna ba'zahir mushkil to zaroor hai magar iskey deeni, dunyavi faede bahot zyada hai aur akhirat me khurb e habeeb, raoof ur raheem ﷺ naseeb hoga.

IMAM AHMED RAZA KHAN ALAEHI REHMA FARMATE HAIN:

Gustakho, be adabo aur bad mazhabo se har tarah ka rishta o naata todna daor e hazira me khud ko aag ki bhatti me daalna hai isliye k hukumat ki kursi khatre me pad jati hai isey mazboot rakhne k liye bahot badey jubba o dastaar waley maolvi, peer, naam nihaad mazhabi scholar sath milane padte hain aur phir bad mazaheb o dushmanan e rasool ﷺ hukumat se bahot zyada wabasta hotey hain lekin mardan e khuda ghaerat ka daaman hath se nahi chodte apne taor per jitna ho sakta hai ilmi karwayi me lage rehte hain.

QURAN E MAJEED ME ALLAH TA'ALA FARMATA HAI:

TARJUMA:

Musalman kafiro ko apna dost na banaley musalmano k siwa aur jo aesa karega usey ALLAH TA'ALA se kuch ilaqa (waasta) na raha magar ye k tum insey kuch daro.
(PARA 3, SURAH AL-IMRAN, AYAT 28)

SHAAN E NUZOOL:


Hazrat ubada ibne saamat رضي الله عنه ne jung e ahzaab k din huzoor ﷺ se arz kiya k paanch sau (500) yahoodi mere humdard aur haleef hain main chahta hu k dushman k muqable me insey madad hasil karu is per ye ayat e karima nazil huyi aur ALLAH TA'ALA o rasool allah ﷺ k dushmano ko dost o madadgaar bananey ki mumani'ath farmayi gayi aur unhe raazdaar banana aur unse dosti o muhabbat karna najayaz kharaar diya gaya.

Haan agar jaan o maal k nukhsaan ka andesha ho to aese waqt me sirf zahiri bartao karna jayaz hai.

(ASBAAB UL NUZOOL LIL WA'HDI)

Agar gustakho aur be adabo ko sath milakar kursi mazboot karna aur apni wah wah karana maqsood ho to iqtedaar ka nasha to pura hojayega magar duniya me hi aesa anjaam e bad hoga k ibrat ka nishan banna padega jabke akhirat ka azaab alag hai.

Sabko sath milakar chalne waley quran e pak k is hukum se sabaq hasil karey.

ALLAH TA'ALA FARMATA HAI:


TARJUMA:

Aye imaan walo! apne baap aur apne bhaiyo ko dost na samjho agar wo imaan per kufr pasand karey aur tum me jo koi inse dosti karega to wahi zalim hai.
(PARA 10, SURAH AL-TAOBA, AYAT 23)

SHAAN E NUZOOL:


Hua yu k jab musalmano ko kafiro se qata (tarak karna) taalluq karne ka hukum diya gaya to kuch logo ne kaha k ye kaese hosakta hai k admi apne baap, bhai aur rishtedaar waghaera se ta'alluq khatam karde to is per ye ayat e karima nazil huyi aur bataya k kafiro se dosti o muhabbat jayaz nahi chahe insey koi bhi rishta ho.

AAGEY FARMAYA:

TARJUMA:

Tum farmao agar tumhare baap aur tumhare bete aur tumhare bhai or aurtey or tumhara kum'ba aur tumhari kamayi k maal aur wo saoda jiske nuqsaan ka tumhe dar hai aur tumhare pasand k makaan ye chize ALLAH aur iskey rasool ﷺ aur iski raah me ladne se zyada pyaari ho to raasta dekho yaha tak k ALLAH apna hukum laye aur ALLAH fasiqo ko raah nahi deta.
(PARA 10, SURAH AL-TAOBA, AYAT 24)

Is ayat e karima se sabit hua k apne deen o imaan ko bachane k liye duniya ki mashaqat bardasht karna musalmano per laazim hai.

INAMAAT KI BARISH:


Gustakho, be adabo, be imano se raza e ilahi ki khatir rishta todne walo per inamaat ki barish hoti hai ALLAH TA'ALA inhey apni ne'mato ki naweed irshad farmata hai. Chunanche ALLAH TA'ALA ka farmaan padhey aur gustakho se bezari kijiye.

TARJUMA:

Tum na paogey un logo ko jo yakeen rakhte hain ALLAH aur pichle din per k dosti karey unse jinhone ALLAH aur uskey rasool ﷺ se mukhalifat ki agarche wo inkey baap ya bete ya bhai ya kumbe waley ho. Ye hai jinke dilo me ALLAH ne imaan naqsh farmadiya aur apni taraf ki rooh se unki madad ki aur inhey bagho me le jayega jinkey niche nehrey bahey inme hamesha rahey. ALLAH unsey raazi aur wo ALLAH se raazi, ye ALLAH ki jamaat hai sunta hai ALLAH hi ki jamaat kamiyab hai.
(PARA 28, SURAH AL-MUJADILA, AYATH 22)

SHAAN E NUZOOL:


HAZRAT SYEDNA SIDDIQ E AKBAR رضي الله عنه NE APNE WALID KO THAPPAD MARA:
Hazrat imam suyuti رحمة الله علبه ne labaab al nuqool me farmaya k ye ayat syedna abubakar siddiq رضي الله عنه k haq me nazil huyi jab unhone apne baap se huzoor ﷺ ki gustakhi ka kalma suna to thappad mara.

Hazrat allama ismail haqqi hanafi رحمة الله عليه ne rooh ul bayaan me isi ayat k tehet likha k "thappad itna zor se mara k wo zameen per gir padey".

SAWAAL:
Isper aetraaz hota hai k ye ayat madani hai aur waqeya mecca ka malum hota hai.

JAWAAB:
Saheb rooh ul bayaan ne jawaab diya k surah ka pehla ashra madhina hai baqi makkiya hai.

INTEBAH:
Is ayat me in hazraat k liye daras e ibrat hai k deeni maamla milkhusoos huzoor sarwar e alam ﷺ k gustakho aur be adabiyo k baarey me be ghaerti ka muzahera karte hain.

Sahib e ruh ul bayaan ye tamaam waqeyat likh kar aakhir me likhte hain:

TARJUMA:

Ye sab kuch ghaerat aur deen ki mazbooti ki waja se tha.

Akhir me farman e nabi ﷺ bhi sunley.

Huzoor nabi kareem ﷺ ne farmaya:

Ghaerat imaan se hai aur maqsad e birari (bhai chargi ya dosti) munafiqat hai jisey ghaerat nahi isey imaan nahi.

Haqeeqat ye hai k huzoor sarwar e alam ﷺ ka har sahabi رضي الله عنه ap k ishq me sarshaar the aur phir inkey baad ta'haal aese ghuyoor ashiqo ki koi kami nahi. Har zamane me huzoor sarwar e alam ﷺ ka har ummati ap k ishq me yu arz karte.

APKE DUSHMAN SE KYA RISHTA HAMARA YA RASOOL ALLAH ﷺ


Malum hua k momin ki ye shaan hi nahi aur iska imaan ye gawara hi nahi kar sakta k ALLAH aur iskey pyaare rasool ﷺ k dushmano, be deeno, bad mazhabo aur inki shaan me gustaakhi aur be adabi karne walo se muhammat karey aur khwah wo gustakh is momin ka baap dada hi kyu na ho aur jime ye sifat paayi jayegi ALLAH TA'ALA isey saat nemato se nawazega.

ALLAH TA'ALA imaan ko dil me naqsh kardega.

Ismey imaan per khatima ki basharat hai kyu k ALLAH TA'ALA ka likha hua mit'ta nahi hai.

ALLAH TA'ALA ruh al khudas se madad farmayega.

Hamesha k liye aesi jannato me jayega jiske liye nichey nehrey jaari hain.

ALLAH wala hojayega.

Mu maangi muraadey payega.

ALLAH TA'ALA issey raazi hoga aur bande k liye ALLAH ki raza bas hai.

Afsoos aaj kal k musalman kehlane waley apne murtad aur be deen rishtedaro aur dosto se qat'aa taalluq karne se bhi majburi zahir karte hain.

YAHOOD O HUNOOD (nasara) TUMHARE DOST NAHI


Aaj kal to islam dushman yahood nahood se dosti rasam o raabtha badhane k liye ghalat tavilaat ki ja rahi hain jabkey ALLAH TA'ALA ne wa'azeh taor farmaya k wo tumhare dost nahi ho sakte.

TARJUMA:

Aye imaan walo! yahood o nasara ko dost na banao, wo apas me ek dusrey k dost hain aur tum me se jo koi unsey dosti rakhega to wo unhi me se hai beshak ALLAH be insafo ko raah nahi deta.

(PARA 6, SURAH AL-MAYEDA, AYAT 51)

SHAAN E NUZOOL:


Jaleel al qadr sahabi e rasool ﷺ hazrat ubada bin saamat رضي الله عنه ne rayees ul munafiqeen abdullah bin ubaye se farmaya k yahood me mere bahot dost hain jo badi shaan o shaokat waley hain lekin ab main unki dosti se bezaar hu ALLAH o rasool ﷺ k siwa mere dil me kisi ki muhabbat ki gunjayish nahi.

Is per abdullah bin ubaye ne kaha k main yahood ki dosti khatam nahi kar sakta isliye mujhe pesh aane waley haadsaath ka andesha hai, mujhe unkey sath rasam o raah rakhni zaruri hai taakey waqt aane per wo hamari madad karey.

To huzoor ﷺ ne abdullah bin ubaye se farmaya k yahood ki dosti ka dum bharna tera hi kaam hai ubada ka ye kaam nahi, isper ALLAH TA'ALA ne farmaya k yahood o nasara se muhabbat o dosti khayam rakhna musalmano ki shaan nahi.

GAOR O FIKHAR:

HAZRAT SYEDNA OMER FAROOQ رصي الله عنه NE KHOOB JAWAAB DIYA:


Ameer ul momineen hazrat farooq e azam رصي الله عنه ne hazrat moosa ash'ari رصي الله عنه se farmaya k tum ne apna munshi nasrani rakh liya hai halankey tum ko ussey koi waasta nahi hona chahiye kya tumne ye ayath nahi suni,

TARJUMA:
Aye imaan walo! yahood o nasara ko dost na banao, wo apas me ek dusrey k dost hain aur tum me se jo koi unsey dosti rakhega to wo unhi me se hai beshak ALLAH be insafo ko raah nahi deta.
(PARA 6, SURAH AL-MAYEDA, AYAT 51)


Hazrat moosa ash'ari رصي الله عنه arz kiya nasrani ka deen uskey sath hai mujhe to uskey likhne padhne se gharz hai. Ameer ul momineen ne farmaya k ALLAH ne inhey zaleel kiya tum inhey izzat na do ALLAH ne inhey dur kiya tum inhey khareeb na karo.

Hazrath moosa ash'ari رصي الله عنه ne arz kiya k baghaer iskey basra ki hukumat ka kaam chalana dushwaar hai maine majburan isko rakh liya hai kyu k is qabiliyat ka aadmi musalmano me nahi milta. Isper ameer ul momineen farooq e azam رصي الله عنه ne farmaya k agar nasrani marjaye to kya karoge jo intezaam us waqt karoge wo ab karlo aur us dushman e islam se kaam lekar uski izzat hargiz na badhao.
(TAFSEER KHAZAYEN UL IRFAN)

Kuffar se dost o muhabbat chonkey murtad aur be deen hone ka sabab hai isliye uski mumani'at k baad farmaya ab bhi baaz log bad mazaheb ko apne karobar me munshi mukhtar rakh kar yahi azar karte hain, unhey ameer ul momineen k jawaab per ghaor karna chahiye aur apni akhirat kamiyaab karni chahiye.

ALLAH TA'ALA FARMATA HAI:
TARJUMA:
Aye imaan walo! tum me jo koi apne deen se phirega (yaani murtad hojayega) to ankhareeb ALLAH aese log layega k wo ALLAH k pyaare aur ALLAH inka pyaara. Musalmano per naram aur kafiro per sakht, ALLAH ki raah me ladenge aur kisi malamat karne waley ki malamat ka andesha na karenge, ye ALLAH ka fazal hai jisey chahe de aur ALLAH wasa'ath wala ilm wala hai.
(PARA 6, SURAH AL-MAYEDA, AYATH 54)

ZINDABAD ULLAMA E HAQ

ALLAH TA'ALA ne is ayath e karima me musalmano me ba'az logo k murtad hone ki khabar di aur sath hi ye bhi farmadiya k kuch log aese bhi honge jo ALLAH k mehboob honge aur ALLAH inka mehboob hoga aur inki pehchan ye hogi k wo musalmano k liye naram honge lekin kafiro aur murtado k liye sakht rahenge, Wo ALLAH ki raah me hathyaar, qalam, aur zuban se ladenge magar duniyadar inhey fasadi aur jhagdalu samjhenge, galiyan denge aur bura bhala kahenge lekin inhey iska koi gham na hoga wo bila khaof kalam e haq ko phaelaney ki paasdari hi karte rahenge.

GUSTAKH E RASOOL WALD AL ZANA

ALLAH TA'ALA ne apne mehboob k mutalliq majnoon (pagal) kehne waley ka yu mu kala farmaya SURAH AL QALAM ki ibtedayi ayat ka mulaheza kariye.

TARJUMA:
Aur har aese ki baat na sunna jo bada qasmey khane wala zaleel, bahot taaney dene wala, bahot idhar ki udhar ki lagata phirne wala, bhalayi se bada rokne wala, had se badhne wala, gunehgaar, darasht kho, is sab per turra y k iski asal me khata.

In ayath ka shaan e nuzool ye hai k waleed bin mughaera ne huzoor ki shaan me gustakhi ki ap ko majnoon (pagal) kaha jissey huzoor ko dukh hua to ALLAH TA'ALA ne chand ayaath e mubaraka nazil farmakar apne mehboob ko tasalli o tashaffi di aur ayath mazkoora bala me is gustakh k nau 9 ayebo ko bayan farmaya hata k ye bhi zahir kardiya k iski asal wald ul haraam hai.

HAEZ O NIFAAS KA BAYAAN


HAEZ KI TAREEF:

Baligha ladki k aagey k muqaam se jo khoon aadi taor per nikalta hai aur bimari ya bacha hone ki waja se na hawa se hua HAEZ kehte hain aur bimari se hua to istehaaza aur bacha hone k baad ho to nifaas kehte hain.

MASAYEL

HAEZ ki muddat kam se kam 3 din aur 3 raate hain yaani purey 72 ghante se zara bhi pehle khatam hojaye to HAEZ nahi balkey istehaaza hai, haan agar subah ko kiran chamakte hi shuru hua aur 3 din 3 raatey puri hokar kiran chamakne hi k waqt khatam hua to HAEZ hai aur is surat me 72 ghante pura hona zaruri nahi.

ALbatta kisi aur waqt shuru ho to ghanto hi se shumaar hoga aur 24 ghante ka ek din raat liya jayega.

10 raat din se kuch bhi zyada khoon aaya to agar ye HAEZ pehli martaba isey aaya hai to 10 din tak HAEZ hai baad ka istehaaza aur agar pehle isey HAEZ aa chukey hain aur aadat 10 din se kam kit hi to aadat se jitna zyada hua istehaaza hai isey yu samjho k paanch din ki aadat thi ab aaya 10 din se kam to kul HAEZ hai aur 12 din aaya to 5 din HAEZ k, baaqi 7 din istehaazar k.

Aur agar ek haalat muqarrar na thi balkey kabhi 4 din aaya kabhi 5 din aaya to pichli baar jitney din aaya itne hi din HAEZ k samjhe jaye baaqi istehaaza hai.

Ye zaruri nahi k muddat me har waqt khoon jaari rahey jabhi HAEZ ho balkey agar baaz waqt aaye jab bhi HAEZ hai.

HAEZ AANEY KI UMAR

Kam se kam 9 baras se HAEZ shuru hoga aur intehaayi umar HAEZ ki 55 saal ki umar hai, is umar wali ko aayisa aur is umar ko san ayaas kehte hain.

HAEZ is waqt shumaar kiya jayega jab k khoon firf kharij me aagaya to agar koi kapda rakhliya hai jiski waja se khoon firj kharij me nahi aaya dakhil hi me ruka raha to jab tak kapda na nikalegi HAEZ wali na hogi namaazey padheygi, roza rakhegi.

HAEZ K RANG


MASAYEL

HAEZ k 6 rang hain, siyaah, surkh, sabz, zard, gadla, mateela, safed rang ki ratobat HAEZ nahi.

10 din k andar ratubat me zara bhi ma’elapan hai to wo HAEZ hai aur agar 10 din raat k baad bhi maelapan hai to adat wali k liye jo din adat k hain itne din haez k aur adat k baad wale istehaaza aur agar kuch aadat nahi to 10 din raat tak HAEZ baqi istehaaza hai.

Jis aurat ko umar bhar khoon aaya hi nahi yam agar 3 din se kam aaya to umar bhar wo paak hi rahi aur agar ek baar 3 din raat khoon aaya phir kabhi na aaya to wo faqat 3 din raat HAEZ k hain baqi hamesha k liye paak.

NIFAAS KA BAYAAN


NIFAAS KI TAREEF AUR MUDDAT

Nifaas yaani wo khoon jo bacha janne k baad aata hai (matoon) iski kami ki jaanib koi muddat muqarrar nahi aadhe se zyada bacha nikalne k baad ek aan bhi khoon aata to nifaas hai aur zyada se zyada nifaas ka zamana chalees din raat hai.

MASAYEL

Nifaas ka shumaar is waqt se hoga jab k aadey se zyada bacha nikal aaya.

Tambi’aa
Is bayaan me jahaan bacha hone ka lafz aayega aur iska matlab aade se zyada bacha baahar aa jaana hai.

Kisi ko 40 din se zyada khoon aaya to agar iskey pehli baar bacha paeda hua hai ya ye yaad nahi k issey pehle bacha paeda hone me kitne din khoon aaya tha to in dono surto me 40 din raat nifaas hai baqi istehaaza aur jo pehli aadat malum hai to aadat k dino tak nifaas hai aur jitna din zyada aaya to istehaaza aur jo pehli adat malum hai to adat k dino tak nifaas hai aur jitna din zyada aaya wo istehaaza hai jaese aadat 30 din kit hi.

Is baar 45 din aaya to 30 din nifaas k aur 15 istehaaza k hain.

Bacha paeda hone se pehle jo khoon aaya wo nifaas nahi balkey istehaaza hai agarche bacha aadha baahar agaya ho.

Hamal saaqat hone se pehle kuch khoon aaya kuch baad ko to pehle wala istehaaza hai baad wala nifaas hai lekin ye is surat me hai jab koi azu ban chukka ho warna pehle wala agar HAEZ ho sakta hai to HAEZ hai nahi to istehaaza hai.

40 din k andar kabhi khoon aaya kabhi nahi to sab nifaas hi hai, agarche 15 din ka faasla hojaye.

Is rang k baarey me wahi ehkaam hain jo HAEZ me bayaan huye.

HAEZ O NIFAAS K EHKAAM


MASAYEL

HAEZ o nifaas ki haalat me namaz padhna roza rakhna haraam hai.

In dino me namazey muaaf hain, inki qaza bhi nahi albatta rozo ki qaza in dino k baad rakhna farz hai.

Namaz k waqt me wazu karkey itni der tak zikr e ilahi durood e shareef aur dusrey wazeefey padhliya karey jitni der namaz padha karti thi taakey aadat rahey.

HAEZ o nifaas wlai ko QURAN MAJEED padhna dekhkar ho ya zubani aur iska choona agarche jild ya choli ya hashiya ko ungli ki nok ya badan ka koi hissa lagey ye sab haraam hain.

Kaaghaz k parche per koi aayat likhi ho iska choona bhi haraam hai.

QURAN MAJEED jizdaan me ho to is jizdaan k chooney me harj nahi.

Is haalat me QURAN MAJEED aur deeni kitabo k chooney k sab ehkaam wahi hain jo be ghusul waley k hain jiska bayaan ghusul me guzra.

Muaallama ko HAEZ o nifaas ho to eke k kalma saans to d tod kar padhadey aur hijje karane me koi harj nahi.

Is haalat me dua e qunoot padhna makrooh hai.

QURAN MAJEED k alawa aur tamaam azkaar, kalmia shareef, durood e shareef waghaera padhna bila karahat jayaz hai, balkey mustahib hai wazu ya kulli karkey padhna behtar hai aur waese bhi harj nahi, aur inkey chooney me bhi harj nahi.

Jimaa is halaat me haraam hai albatta letne baethne sath khaaney peeney aur bosa lene me harj nahi.

ISTEHAAZA KA BAYAAN


ISTEHAAZA KI TAREEF AUR HUKUM

Wo khoon jo aurat k aagey k muqaam se nikley aur haez o nifaas ka na ho wo istehaaza hai.

MASAYEL

Istehaaza me na namaz muaaf hai na roza muaaf hai na aesi aurat se jimaa haraam hai.

Istehaaza agar is had tak pahoch gaya k itni mohlat nahi milti k wazu karkey farz namaz ada kar sakey to namaz ka pura ek waqt shuru se aakhir tak isi haalat me guzar jaane per isko maazoor kaha jayega, Ek wazu se is waqt me jitni namazey chahey padhe khoon aaney se is ek purey waqt k andar tak wazu na jayega.

Agar kapda waghaera rakh kar itni der tak khoon rok saki hai k wazu karkey namaz padhley to maazoor nahi.
